I purchased a9 for 30500 ,.,my honest review on this phone,.,pros-display,speaker,design,built quality,HTC sense ui,marshmallow Android os ,fingerprint sensor,good medium level gaming,3gb ram,and multitasking capabilities.....cons-media core chipset does not allow u to play high end games smoothly,lack of boom sound speakers,lack of quad HD display,lAck of ir blaster

Using the phone for last 3 days. Battery lasts a entire day with moderate use of 4 hours. Not faced any heating problem. Super phone HTC A9!!!

I'm using HTC a9 . Phone is absolutely best performance.but the battery drains quickly than any other phones.

It is a great set has Quick Charge 2.0 and costs around Rs 30k in India.

battery life / 2150mah is not adjust in this handset .price is no matter but it is good

Beautiful phone in all aspects camera, gaming. One is major drawback battery 🔋 which only lasts for 5 hardly on 3g 6hrs on WI fi on continously usage. It's quickly charge 0 to 90 with in one hour. Overall gud phone. Expect battery. very stylish phone.

This phone is meant to be used as smartphone itself. The battery would last u the entire day with medium usage. I am a sales guy with lots of calls, emails n stuff happening and this beast gives an avg run time on battery of bout 12 hrs on wifi for the entire duration.
Using this for the last month or so and havent found a need to charge during my office hours.
As far as speakers are concerned they are not as gud as boom sound speakers on the m series but if you use quality headsets the boom sound and dolby surround kicks in which is top notch even better than the apple.
And finally yes there is no lag or heating issues with this device while gaming but extensive hrs may result in heating issues. I play gta sa on my device at highest graphic settings with no lagging issues.

Battery might be small but coz of optimization features of this device and marshmallow it easily lasts me the entire work day wid still bout 20% juice left when i reach bak home.
At this price it definitely better than most of the flagship devices. You will not be dissappointed with this at all.

Great phone. Similar to other posters, I've been using HTC for a long time, since the Hero. I've always been impressed by the build quality of HTC. Not only is the A9 no exception to that, it's, in my estimation the best built HTC yet. I'm not into specs. It's a phone, not a pc. It's a phone, not a gaming device. I use it for texting, emailing, talking, web browsing, reading work documents, reminders, weather, etc., etc. It excels for those things. Stressing over 700 series or 800 series processor is a bit like needing to drop a few grams as a cyclist. You can do it, for a lot more money, and it's bragworthy, but for real world use it's unnecessary. This is a great phone that feels wonderful in your hand. The battery will last easily through a day of medium use. The external speaker doesn't sound like a concert hall, but with ear buds the sound is very good. The camera is not an SLR, but it's great for snapshots. Very, very good phone.

[deleted post]Dont worry about battery life. thats all i can say. you need to know that this phone aint designed for high end games.it designed for a true meaning of smartphone.
