Well i am not happy with the front camera..... the picture quality is very poor indeed....although the vdo quality is good.... can anyone tell me what is the best settings for the front camera? or thats it actually.....the quality of the front camera?

X-Ray, 16 Aug 2015Can you tell me if yours gets hot? Mine gets constantly hot... moreIts a general condition dude.. nornally phone heats up when u use mobile data or hotspot itself other than wifi. But i managed to reduce this heating condition by deleting some power hungry apps and also disabling some system apps.. but still the battery is going fast since its lollipop. THE SOUND QUALITY HAS BEEN DOWNGRADED SINCE THE LATEST UPDATE I RECEIVED IN THE VERY FIRST DAYS AFTER GETTING M8S. its disgusting. I must tell for those who own this please dont update software version because still tgey are testing their hardware compatibility with our error reports and feedbacks which are automatically sent from our m8s. For those who have updated please turn on the error reporting feature since it will be a great help for htc anyhow to uplift our user htc experience! Thanks

Mine gets constantly hot with normal use - web browsing, Facebook, a YouTube video, some pics, etc. The battery temperature seems to easily get as high as 105F (41-42 Celsius).

this is the best smart phone ever. three months of usage the harman kardon big papa ov all ts slick n cool best music quality iphone better upgrade their game coz this baby is taking offffff. performance wise, thumbs up n best built quality too.

Customer service confirmed to me that an IR blaster is part of the hardware; however, the hardware is NOT supported by the software and they can't tell if it will be by future updates.

I received two updates in the last 4 days and after the last one battery drains much slower and phone feels faster.

HTC Customer called me today and said that M8S is a tested on the market and confirmed that it has Gorilla glass 3. Full specs will be updated soon on the official site.

m8s is slow........... battery hunger in lolipop.........and it's octa is useless.....m8 is far better in all uses.........
