I bought my HTC One M9+ Supreme Camera Edition in Australia - although they imported it from HK. It came with a lot of Chinese/HK TV apps which I uninstalled. It didn't come with Peel, so I installed that. I could get Peel to work with any of my devices. Tried several other TV/remote apps, but none of them worked either. I have an old smart phone - I pointed it's camera at the IR port on my new one, and used a TV app, but there was no light. I used my TV remove and the camera picked up the pale purple light easily. So I don't think the IR port on my M9+ is working at all. This phone is only about 2 months old. Still haven't got an Android update yet - still 5.0.2. Anything I can do to fix this? I've already emailed HTC Au - waiting for response. Any help would be appreciated.

I purchased the HTC One M9+ Supreme Camera two weeks ago after researching what was available at this stage. (Had the HTC One M7 prior to this.) My observations so far. Yes a very good camera, battery life is good on average useage. Smooth with no issues when in use. Lovely screen and body. Conclusion. Am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend to others.

Problem in HTC camera from back is not stay up from 7 month and you see this protect camera from back so so bad because make her from plastic why don't make her from glass to stay good and don't scratch this problem camera all time and I don't like because to now don't no this company fix this

Give screen to body ratio above 70 percent.then only you will get good sales.for samsung this is the only reason for good marcket.

[deleted post]thanks for the reply. but it is not so for example the Samsung S6 does not support MHL and then you put the mini USB / HDMI cable (on TV) does not work. In the technical specifications of HTC M9 + M9 and HTC it says that you supported. In particular on the HTC M9 I tried and it works. The Supreme Chamber Edition ... no. I was wondering if anyone had tried. Thank you.

I read that there is not an infrared port and .... ok, but I wanted to know if there is the MHL 2 to connect cable HDMI to a TV or monitor. HTC M9 had both an infrared port that MHL2 output.
