Dont buy usa model because you will have problems with 4g / lte. You may find a cheep m9 on e bay, but 90% of them are refurbished.

I got the HTC One M9 Hima Sprint which is 4G speed on 3G not LTE, before you buy Gold/Silver version check it

Awesome Phone and I love everything about it except for the fact that it is by far the worst phone I've had in terms of speakers and the sound . It is extremely low volume and at its highest volume the phone still barely makes any sound so that is a disappointment. But all in all i love this phone , it has amazing qualities and I've had it for a year and will have it at least another year and I wouldn't trade it for the world !

Just bought the M9, Radio does not tune in to any station. Just the background hiss. Tried with different Headsets but same issue.
