I actually have the M9. I used Samsung before and decided to choose HTC (my first smartphone was a HTC Leo, that was quite a phone!). But alas this phone is a big dissappointment. The pictures are mediocre, the phone gets hot a lot, and smetimes (especially when the phone gets hot), the screen begins to go crazy and a lot of apps are starting all by themselves. The voice recognition of HTC is really poor, especially if you compare it to Samsung. I tried to get support, this is really poor as well. Sorry HTC, ut you brought it to yourself.

Hi ,
after having used many different phones ( samsung berry nokia siemens etc……i am one of the persons still remembering having had a motorola starteck ) i asked myself why have i never bought and htc model. I have been using my htc m9 for the past 8 months and lets face it this htc phone is more then fantastic. Fast , responsive and what nice colors as crisp sound coming out of the two loudspeakers . I use my phone mostly for professional purpose and i travel extensively so i use the phone i do a lot . Anyhow i do not know ab some of the trolls writing things like my phone broke down after 3 months or something similar i am enjoying mine and personally think it is a far better phone then the samsung i had just before my htc. I already know what my next phone will be for sure htc again.

I am planning to buy refurbished model from Ebay which fits in my budget slightly above, shell i consider the gold or grey model or any issues.
