I love my HTC M9 but got the problem with my battery that it emptied quite so fast. Just bought this Sept 2015 and planning to buy a new one again.

Or it mutes itself while in a call .. Its a piece of SH*T.. 600$+ wasted .. Wouldn't own another if someone bought it for m . Absolutely worse phone I've ever had .

I really love this M9, when I updated it to Marshmallow all the problems am facing for the phone like over heat, battery problem had go.

one day also batry not wrk and phone on call becming more heat why very bad phone

This phone is a piece of crap!! I've been through 2 of them because they keep failing. Will never buy another HTC phone again!!

I tried to send this e-mail to HTC demo team with no luck. When I called customer service to let them know that the demo team was repackaging used phones the guy hung up on me. "I bought a new m9 phone and was surprised to find ALL the demo team contacts on it as well as the back camera glass that was scratched. I am very disappointed in you people. To use a phone and repackage it as new is poor business practices. I am still getting all your messages to each other. Tell Ben and group that I could not possibly make the movie night with wine. Also the movie chosen is not one that is high on my list. Please call me so we can discuss this issue as soon as possible. Your communications are also eating up HUGE amounts of my data that I have to pay for. I also know the two people who used the phone since I did look at the outgoing as well as incoming calls and call times. I am also sending this e-mail to Ben Carter, Chris Matthews, Diana Meyer, and James Wilson. Please call me so I don't have to take this any further up the ladder." Sincerely ____________

It really is an awesome phone.....better than Samsung in sense that Samsung s6 does lag from time to time due to its touch Wiz but the sense on HTC is superb and it never lags.....performance is off the charts....camera is great....takes great pics without any problems....so no problem with me.....
