To all the people asking Samsung or HTC and asking about battery life.
HTC or Samsung is a matter of preference, I find the HTC's to be much better phone to hold and they just feel higher quality.
I have had the One S since June 2012 and it has been brilliant. The battery has improved in 4.1 Jellybean, I have has my phone running for 16 hours now and it is still at 39% (this is with normal use, 30-40 SMS messages and about 40 mins of calls plus facebook browsing every now and then).
I want from an iPhone 4 to the One S and it has been a very pleasant phone to live with.

I mailed HTC Support that why HTC ONE S is not available in india but is available outside india and their reply is
We appreciate you interest in our top line handset model HTC One S. Just to inform you that the handset is not stopped or discontinued. We are currently running out of Stock for our top-line model HTC One S device due to high demand.
The next stock for this handset is expected shortly and you will be able to purchase this handset from the nearest retailer.

i had a htc desire x and i was happy with it since its been stolen i bought a brand new htc one s and im very happy with it the big screen the 8mp camera and the front facing camera and the lag less swipe throught the splash screen very very happy with it i would recommend htc one s if you like your technology and you want to keep up with everyone

I recently updated my HTC One S to 4.1.1 But i am not facing any problem sofar. And I am quite content with this phone.After updating the scrolling is much smoother and faster.
Overall it is brillient phone

hi all , after updating my one s to 4.1.1 JB (official update)I started to face a very annoying issue in loudspeaker when i'm recording a video or using voice search soundhound etc ... the back speaker stops and instead the front speaker started to do the job for ringing and listing to music till I plug in\out my 3.5 mm headset ... does anyone facing same issue after ot before the update? .. I live in Cairo,Egypt

the phone is just brilliant !! only 1 drawback is that there is no card slot and out of 16GB only 10GB is available for user . otherwise everything else perfect !!!

Today I got Jelly Bean update for my HTC ONE S and all I can day is that I am absolutely thrilled . Great improvements at camera, UI, features and Sense+ is just astonishing. Never imagined that a smartphone can be so cool. Before ONE S I had an iPhone 4S but I am happy because I choses HTC over Apple.
