where are the files recieved through bluetooth saved? In internal memory or SD card? I am not able to find the location of saved files...

I will recommend Sony Ericsson phones for all of them who are facing serious problems with their HTC one v. just read user opinions of se neo-v in this website n u will find 80%+ users are happy n satisfied with neo-v. where one v's satisfied users are less than 50%. if u want peaceful n stable life with ur smartphone then buy "XPERIA" smartphone.

HTC One V is the worst phone to buy as i have been facing issue with it since the first week of the purchase! In the last 2 months i have faced at least 10-15 different issues and finally my phone is dead, yesterday (27/07/2012). It is not booting neither charging. Service Center says the board has to be changed. And the Customer Care Representative says "It's an electronic device and you never know what goes wrong at what time so it happens that the phone may not work on the first day itself". This suspects the quality of the HTC "Quality Check" and it's brand reputation! I have had the frustrating experience with this phone and regreting for buying it!

All over the internet i am seeing that htc one v has a 'not turning on' problem...... and only those who have bought the phone in May or June..... Was that a first lot manufacturing defect or it is still coming out now? And what is the possible reason for that? And are all the same or there are some handsets without the problem too? Please, anybody do reply.......

Guy i facing a very unique problem when we go to music and the sound enhancer option Der is only beats audio and the rest equalizer presets just disappeared. I just updated my software version and i have tried hard reset buy It's not working

Guys ... even i am facing the same problem ... its not even 2 months i bought the phone... it got crashed... and i am unable to perform any operation on it .... my display is off... even touch is also not working... i am abt to reach Service centre..

People are talking about 1 gb storage memory here, User available is only 1 gb,officially claimed, like the Xperia U,it has 4gb too, but user available is 1.2 gb ...

HTC Service in Saudi Arabia is misarable, Visit HTC Suppliers they have no clue what is customer satisfaction.HTC should look for a better Supplier in the country and train their customer care reps if they need to succeed. Its not the phones but the suppliers and customer care that make HTC to fail.
I like HTC Mobile Phones, bought and used HTC Desire,
Desire S and HTC One V. Approched suppliers and service centers for support on issued faced with the phones its soo bad that I have to quit buying HTC Mobiles and switching to Apple.
Hope HTC will look into such critical issue blocking their success.

Hi - I too faced exactly the same problem. All this is true. NO more HTC. THey do not give any replacement as well. I've had the HTC ONE V for 2 months now and suddenly last week the phone turned off and would not turn on. Battery was close to full. Could not charge or reset.
I took to the service center and they finally said that the motherboard and the internal battery had to be replaced and it would take 2 weeks. No replacement offered. Reading thru other comments on different website, it seems this is a common problem in HTC ONE V. The service center does not seem to keep spare motherboards in stock. They should at least replace it if it's going to take so long to repair. All in all, I am not happy with HTC service. No more HTC mobiles for me

HTC One V has serious quality issues and the customer care ( at least in India ) is pathetic . I have an HTC One V ( IMEI 351816050338049 ) and within a few months 3G stopped working on it . I was asked to do a factory reset by customer care that didn't work. Later, I took the phone to the service centre in Hyderabad ( 07-July ) and the phone received by Hyd service centre was shipped to Bangalore as Bangalore is the only place where the phone could be serviced. I haven't received the phone yet ( as on 27-July). When I contacted the customer care ( 1800 266 3566 ) last the customer care rep told me that they were overloaded with complaints and it will take a while to service my phone ! and my phone is waiting on-hold for material ! ( what ever that means ) . Beware before you buy this phone .
