this is the worst piece of tech i have ever been unfortunate enough to have purchased, slower than my 8 year old flip phone, constantly doing reboots for no reason, half the factory apps don't work and are buggy, takes almost half a minute to connect a call, all in all.....the worst phone i have ever seen.....and i have owned other htc models and not had an issue with them.

internal problems assists after 12 months and my bluetooth oj phone always shows ( turning onn) plz get me rid of the problems ....its best phone if it remains no hanging problems............

I used this phone last 10 month. it just cool. one problem is it has no front camera. otherwise its cool..

If you are planning on buying this phone, please for your own sake DO NOT buy this phone, its the worst phone I have ever Owned. call and message options gets hung almost every-time I use them, and service is pathetic too, I really regret buying this phone.

I've been using this phone for about 2 weeks now and didn't face any problems with it.It's a pretty decent phone at this price,it's got a pretty cool design,light in weight,very sharp screen,fantastic camera and video recording,pretty loud sound,doesn't get heated(atleast not mine)whats app works great on it,i had used xperia j,u and sola before this but whats app didn't worked on any of them.Overall it's a good buy,no regrets at all.

This is by far the worse phone I have ever owned and I have had alot of phones....I use to love htc....good screen resolution and just all out nice appearance but this phone overheats all the time...like it feels like it is going to burn me through my pocket and it lags horribly if it even decides to do anything at all....super unresponsive...freezes all the time...it shouldnt take me 15 minutes to open up a txt msg and dont even try to actually look up a contact and proceed to call them...thats asking too much apparently...I Went through and factory reset the phone...troubleshooted with virgin mobile....worst phone company ever by the way...I even went through and as a last attempt to save the phone I downloaded Go Launcher thinking it could be the htc sense that was acting up....made it even worse...would never wish this phone on anybody...have a new phone from att on the way and will gladly destroy this one when that one comes in....just dont do it

One of the worst mobile i ever had... my experience with HTC is terrible.. Would never prefer to go for any HTC mobile any more... what the use of buying one ph at so much of cost and go to service center 3-4 times in a year only.. and service center service also terrible, every time they give the excuse they don't have parts with them, they have ordered in Taiwan so it will take time.. friends, dont go for HTC in bngalore..

I've been using the phone for a year and the least a phone should be able to do is MAKE CALLS and this one does not make calls! It hangs constantly. The screen just hangs every time I click a contact. It simply refuses to make a call when I want it to. Can anyone help me to get this phone to do that. I have deleted possibly all my applications and constantly free space and it still does not work!

have been using this phone since 5 month...Initially worked superb. But later, it started to respond slow....and then too sloww
And yesterday, The three touch keys on the screen (Back, home and recently used app) are not working. I cant do anything with it in this situation than just to receive calls.

it is the worst phone to buy i have used this phone for an year now and have faced multiple issues. poor response on the device, lag in calling, very slow reboot, are there to name a few. besides that handling of the device is also very poor on grip and holding. the device slips easily from ones hands very bad exteriors. n now my device has crashed down exactly after an year after 20 days of the warranty expiry. the customer service is least helpful and there are no considerations unlike samsung which is more customer centric. very poor is my rating.it is better to buy less branded phone atleast the money doesnt pinch there.

1)mother board has crashed in few days of use, then they replaced that.
2) camera quality is very bad compare to Samsung.
3) I have experienced the slowness of mobile, sometime opening a sms takes couple of min.
4)last experience from last few days, when i try to on my mobile, i found display is not coming, if i try after couple of min, it starts working fine. It continues for few days, no few days back i found screen completely gone.
Don't go for this, if you want to go for HTC then go for very high end one, or Samsung is better, if you like windows(which i found better than android, except free apps) then go for Nokia.

I don't recommend this phone because of bad performance, even calling is sometimes very annoying due to lags.
