sam, 21 Nov 2012played around with it quite a bit and tried music with a bu... morethats the thing about people they dont try the thing out personally but they listen to people or read stupid articles and make a decision. I think Htc beats have the best audio sound in any smartphone period.

The One X+ is of no competition since HTC phones have very low resistance against bugs and HANGS very soon...
Don't even think of a HTC or even SAMSUNG!!The best phone I recommend you is the SONT XPERIA T or TX or TL or SL.

I'm using HTC Desire S which is very great for but I want HTC One X+. when I receive a call it rings to much but when I'm to place my Desire S to my ear it decreases a volume and I love that too much.so my question is can I find that in my HTC One X+?

All The features r good to my opinion only the backside of the phone has a bulge at the top bcz of the camera located.To my opinion it can be molded inside the back panel itself like how i phone has so that it will have the flat surface in the backside.

I bought this phone from AT&T store last week.
I have done a couple of tests with the new phone.
I reside in bay area so I get LTE network over most of the places.
Battery test:
1. 28 hours (constant network which I tested on my holiday at home) with normal usage (50 whatsapp messages and about 1 hour (total) over voice and 30 mins of video over youtube)
2. 12-14 hours (with network fluctuating) with very good usage (100-150 whatsapp and 2 hours of talk and 30 mins of video of video over youtube)
Screen Test:
The screen of the phone is really good in sunlight better than S3 (though as not good as iPhone 5).
I can type my text even in sunlight and its pretty decent for video under sunlight.
Camera test:
I took only couple of pics. Compared with same pics from GS3, Iphone 5, Lumia 920 of my friends phones.
My ratings are:
1. Lumia 920
2. Iphone 5
3. One X+
4. GS3
Network Test:
It gives a down link speed of around 16-20 Mbps and up link of around 4-6 Mbps in San Jose (tested using bandwidthplace.com)
In San Francisco its a bit lesser up link 7-11 Mbps and downlink 2-3 Mbps speeds.
CPU and GPU test:
I tested CPU and GPU by playing games.
Simple game :
Temple run-Didn't face any screen lags as in GS3. Graphics is essentially the same.
Intense game:
Asphalt 7 Heat-Worked good without any screen lags. Screen refresh rate is also good. Control sensitivity lags a bit. (didn't understand the problem because it has a Quad core and very good GPU running in it)
Overall I would say this phone is better than GS3 in almost all aspects.
I faced issue with the microphone so returned the phone to AT&T store (HTC official in the store confirmed the problem with my device) and now waiting for a new One X+.
I also faced some problems with WiFi connectivity (but not sure all one X+'s have this one)

onex + : very good design - best build quality - powerfull sound - sense + - fantastic display
Note 2 : best softwar - s pen(if u have time to use it) - fantastic battary capicity - big display(if that size not big for your hand)
droid dlx : all the best assemble in this phone exept storage & pretty good battery(enough for a day)..
iphone 5 : all faild..dont mistake !!

Battery is excellent. Currently my phone is ON since 6 Hours 45 minutes with Bluetooth, wifi(3G is also on, but not in use),86% is still free(yeahnhardly 5 calls of 2 mins each today). But I feel this is excellent
