Anonymous, 01 May 2012can anybody tell me if this has a built in battery please ? yup, it has a built in battery (sealed within the case) that means you cant replace it on the fly when it gets drained.

2.Only 4 hours battery backup for one time full use.---u got to be kidding me, maybe continuous web browsing and heavy use.
3.Gorill Glass!!!! but its not scratch resistance. I already got hard scratch. :-(---what the hell are you talking about. gorilla glass are scratch resistant not scratch proof. even though its a durable kind of glass its still a glass so u have to protect it still. even if its king kong glass i bet it would still be scratched if not taken care of.
4.Getting heated while playing games, watching movie, browsing. ---are there any phones which does not? abviously, it will heat up. any phone.
5. Camera is not impressive as im photo-shooter u experience noise.---if you are a photo lover, then go buy pureview 808. or better yet, a real camera. y would you even rely on a phone's camera? duh!
6.Camera lenses out!!! may cause scratch on lenses on long use..---uh. dont put it head on at hard surfaces. dont u have a pouch or something???
7. Little expensive---its a flagship!!! dont buy it if you dont have money. oh so this is the reason why u didnt buy a real camera huh...
8. No dedicated camera key (BIG disappointment) ---htc is not fond of making phones with camera buttons. new to htc???
9. Volume is low even at 100%. Means loudness could hav improved --- typical htc...
10.Background applications can't be paused.--- paused? really? or killed?

I wouldn't even think about Apple 4S. I think Sams
ung SII is a better and best choice.

Inbuilt Battery , NO sd Card slot , Micro Sim ,... I just cant find that perfect phone .. Goodbye HTC

AnonD-9161, 01 May 2012I'll be getting a replacement from HTC very soon...hope it ... moreThe heating issue happened twice with my One X; for unknown reason. I went to "Task Manager", then press "Stop All" and Re-start the phone and the issue gone.
Another unknown issue is with the battery life. I had experienced a few times that the battery was draining fast; just on standby ... e.g. after full charge (100%), the phone just use up approx. 3-4% of the battery in 6 hours' time; but on a few standby occasion after a full charge, the phone used up around 7-8% in just 25 minutes. This is frustrating!!

to buy Htc One X, but read all comment every day from Htc user, they talking about Htc One X problem. i m want to know the real problem about it : Battery, Screen, Memory ....., please tell me the true problem

Just because it is coated with scratch resistant screen does not mean you can scratch it however you want!! If you don't want scratched just treat it as you would to something precious to you. You said you are a photo shooter? How can you not be using your camera? You know that cell phones are not designed specifically for photo shooting purpose. Well hopefully you made the right choice buying this phone.

6 Hansets all FAULTY!!!!!!!
1st Screen became unresponsive to touch input
2nd Screen came out of shell at bottom of the phone
3rd Headphone jack faulty
4th Yellow patches all over screen
5th Any LIGHT touch on the screen caused distortion
6th Battery not retaining charge for any length of time
I have used HTC for years and I am beyond disappointed with the ONE X its unbelievable I can get SIX handsets all faulty. Without these issues the phone would have been great but HTC seem to be suffering some quality control issues.
I have now purchased a Apple iPhone 4S 32gb and have ZERO problems and it a great phone (bigger screen would be nice but at least its well made). I may revisit android in the future if something good comes out but will be giving HTC a wide berth for the foreseeable future :-(
This is a real shame and I hope HTC move fast on the quality control other wise profits will go down even further than they already have.
