I m using HTC 1x fm last 3 weeks... its awesome... 4/5
But:--
1.Taking 3-4 Hour to charge fully.
2.Only 4 hours battery backup for one time full use.
3.Gorill Glass!!!! but its not scratch resistance. I already got hard scratch. :-(
4.Getting heated while playing games, watching movie, browsing.
5. Camera is not impressive as im photo-shooter u experience noise.
6.Camera lenses out!!! may cause scratch on lenses on long use..
7. Little expensive
8. No dedicated camera key (BIG disappointment)
9. Volume is low even at 100%. Means loudness could hav improved
10.Background applications can't be paused.
Conclusion:
Comparing +ve n -ve feeds i can say HTC 1x is one of the best handset currently in the WORLD.
I compared with iphone samsung s2 i feel all stuffs r kiddish things infront of this.
Hopefully i expect HTC come up with few updates that can eliminate the above mentioned points

I'll be getting a replacement from HTC very soon...hope it doesn't have all those issues....
also, I forgot to add couple of things to my review about One X...
It probably have one of the best Camera's in its league ..!!! Works like charm and reduce great pic quality..even in Low lights ...
also, Music on this phone is amazing.....it sounds better than my Apple iPod....
Its just that those heating issue, phone not charging, screen banding issues, etc etc are making me little frustrated.....HTC should do something quick and fix the issues...otherwise its one beautiful phone....better looking than even iPhone 4S ..

I was very happy with my One X, but now I m facing problems. 1. It gets very warm round camera area while using web browser. 2. LCD changes colour during changing web pages.3. Battery only last 2:45 hours during web browsering. Anybody else facing same ???

gents, good news for all HTC lovers in Jordan-Middle east,
finally TAB communication CO. brought the ONE family to here
after a long waiting almost a month form the release date,
only they miss to bring the ONE S , hopefully before 15/5 it will arrive , and yes we got it in white :D

The fact is that ......missing several features in HTC One X, such as memory card slot, Xvid & DivX video format support, users replaceable battery with future " Mugen extended battery" support facillities etc ....would surely returned back the quad core's CROWN to gs3 as soon as the phone get official announced on 3rd May......

dear all,
Atlast I got my HTC one x 2 days before and I was very excited about its performance.But this morning I got shocked as my phone is not switching on.I had connected my charger and switched it on.And I found my battery is charging from 1% .yesterday night it was 84%.I don't know how my battery got juiced.No applications were running.WiFi and mobile data network was switched off.Also I feel phone is hot even if I am not using it.All other things are very good.But I'm afraid whethe
r I ad to divorce my HTC BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM.Very bad HTC ,for cheating your customers who trusting you!!!!

I had big problems w... moreI think you got a defect HTC unit.
I selected Sensation over S2, because S2 looks like very cheap and plastic even touchwiz also looks like very cheap.
My one friend using Samsung S2, he has lot of problems with it especially with screen.
HTC phones are rich looking than Samsung no one can argue it.

I have recived yesterday another OTA update, and now my software version is 1.29.401.7. Does anybody know what is this update about, and did anyone else recevie it? Also can somebody chek did they finaly put nvidia optimization package to the right place.
Another thig that I've aske several days ago is, is it possible to clone keycard to the phone, and then use NFC chip on the phone insted of that keycard? I have several keycards taht I would like to store them on the phone and to use phone insed of them to unlock door for example.

No problems with the battery life and I'm a heavy user;)

Honestly, Samsung... moreI forgot to login on my last comment.
I had big problems with my Desire and Z, none were able to keep a stable 3g-connection, and Desire S had wifi "deathgrip", and both screens, Desire and Z, completly died after a few months normal use, so htc have a lot worse build quality than Samsung, even though they look better and do not use plastic!

This is the reason why I am considering iPhone5 because Android can no longer handle all the increasing hardware fragmentation!
