I do 4 days with a HTC Desire Z 1300mAh.... Comparising to this phone, that's 500 mAh extra, which can be used for the more power and the screen = +38% more power). I think 1800mAh is more then enough. Just be nice to the battery. Always turn it off when charging & leave it charging till the light is green (= +2hrs). Always AC charge. Quick loading on USB when turned on, will shorten battery time. Charge when 10-20% left. After each 30 charging cycle, let the battery go to 0%. Battery will getting better first few weeks/months, so real battery reviews must come later for a more complete view on this.

i have taken htc one x it is v.good i liked it.
only part i did not is camera project's out of the surface making it difficult placing it on table

Please can all those complaining about "HTC phones reputation for disappointing battery life" refrain from commenting unless you have actually used the phone. You cant make comments about a products specification without actually using it first. Lets all help each other out here!

As stated before, One x has the best battery life once the software is updated. Screen use is abbout 6-8 hours but standby time is phenomenal, it can last a few days... every phone on the world is buggy when released. So be patient and wait for those updates. And the battery gets "better" with every cycle since its Li-Po ;)

omg! this fone is like a total babe! it made me have a BF (b*tch fit for any one who doesnt know) the vibrate feature is the one i used most frequently, i can quite honestly say it makes me moist! chow guys! xxx

battery life is ok not so bad better than samsung note which i used for a while ,the screen is awesome ,and yes i always use the latest units next one is sony S ,till then enjoin my one x ,great unit ,best of the lot till date

the loudspeaker sucks ,beats does not make a diffrence rather its worse with no custom EQ to adjust sound ,headphones i havent tried bcause the bundled ones are not in ear but cheap basic ones ,anyways will try those later

hi i have a black unit and started seeing some scratches already ,dont know how htc says its polycarbonate that is not prone to scratches and while being in an empty pocket i dint expect scratches on the back ,anyone else has it ,just share
