The reason it doesn't have the tegra 3 is because qualcomm snapdragon s4 is equivelant or better than tegra 3 this because snapdragon uses the new arm15 while the tegra uses arm9, and there's a huge between these two. The only thing that might be better is the GPU from tegra 3

It is internally quite advanced. While they both have 1.5Ghz dual-core processors, the processor in the OneX is considerably faster.

Just small corrections on this specs:
1- It has a "Gorilla Glass 2" not just "Gorilla Glass"
2- It has a built-in Radio with RDS
3- In the camera section, it should say that it has Image Sense Technology.
4- Weight 130 grams is the device weight with the battery not just the device, its non-removable
