hi guys, I just got a p3300 yesterday and I've got 2 questions about this device, 1st I cant use my GPS! I installed Pathaway GPS 4 + my city map but when I click on connect icon after a while it says no compatible gps device found make sure ur gps device is turn on ..! the com port is set up 4 ... what should I do?!
2nd Q, I downloaded some themes from Microsoft.com and when I installed them on my memory card (2gb)& restart it, p3300 couldn't load the WM5 and just stonned at the beginning! so I had to remove the memory card to make it run, but still nothin! I removed the battery and waited for an hour and when I turn the p3300 on it started to work.. so the Q is, why this happened?
thank you guys i really need ur help

How to add multiple recipients while sending Text SMS in one go instead of adding one by one. Is there some way of making multiple selections.

About P3300 and P4350, They are both offering very similar features but P3300 has got built in GPS that P4350 hasn’t.

                  Hi!!!
I recently bought HTC P3300. Please let me know if it can speak the name of the caller of its own whenever i receive any call. This feature is available in many Nokia phones and is very useful while using Bluetooth headset...

                        Q. How do I add an MP3 file to my PDA phone and use it as my SMS alert?
                        1. Copy the MP3 file from your computer using the USB sync connection (via ActiveSync® or Windows Mobile Device Center) to the \Windows folder on your PDA phone.
                        2. Tap Start > Settings > Personal tab > Sounds & Notifications > Notifications tab.
                        3. In the Event list, scroll down and select Messaging: New text message.
                        4. Make sure the Play sound option is selected. Tap the drop-down list box next to this option, then scroll up or down the list of sounds and select the MP3 file that you copied to your device.
                        5. Tap OK.

Guys who take a stand on a processor just on its clock speed have never taken a ComputerScience class. There is more to a processor than just its clockspeed. sorry to disappoint all HTC bashers, who blame the clock speed. this is an awesome piece y'all

Regarding call blocking, there are a lot of applications available (callfirewall etc). Please search on the pocketpc discussion forums to get more details.

@karan singh: Launch Bluetooth config screen and go to FTP tab. Uncheck the bluetooth explorer option and you are done.

I bought P3300 yesterday. I would like to know that whether it gives the option of blocking calls from particular contacts & numbers or not?? All other PDAs i have seen do give this facility.
