So, if the volume control doesn't help you might want to take the phone back to have it looked at.

Anonymous, 02 Feb 2012how is the display, camera & sound quality of the phone?Display is not amoled, but still good. Audio is, in my opinion, very good. Camera could have been better, though. Colors and exposure usually turn out fine, but the amount of noise is quite high so photos don't look that good unless they are scaled down to web proportions.

i m planing to buy HTC phone, i just want to use skype video calling, i m stying away from family, just for avoid high cost of calling, planing to buy andriod phone. what about windows HTC RADAR any user can give me reply for that. can we use video or voice call with HTC Radar? its a windows phone!!!!!!

jdpsmb, 20 Jan 2012i have this phone from t-mobile and unlocked.... will this ... moreyes, HTC Radar can be used in the Philippines with Globe Telecom :) I tried the 3 major networks and it worked well. HTC has an app named Connection Setup that helps in configuring the network connection/settings.

I got this phone two weeks ago. previosly I had the HTC TouchPro II, also a Windows phone.
The good news is that the UI is much better than previous Windows OS phones. The bad news is that it's a lot more difficult to sync and copy with my other systems. MS has taken a step backwards in this area. It used to be that I could hook up my phone to my laptop and handle it just like another storage device for docs, music, pics, and ringtones. The NS tool for syncing with Outlook was much cleaner than it is with Windows Phone 7.5.
An a 1-5 scale, I give it a 3.5. Better performance, easier UI, more difficult integrations.

love the phone! im always online almost whole day except when I sleep, battery would last me 1 day and 22 hours if for mild use, but 16 hours for online whole day with 3g and tinkerng with the phone!

just got the phone today, absolutely love it! only complaints are the 8GB memory and that the screen is not as vibrant as alot of samsungs previous phones

How is the battery on this phone? For example, I use it for talking maybe 10 minutes a day but i browse a lot (2-3 hours).. What do you think how long would it last?

The Android device has a few more features and a much larger app market, while the Windows Phone device has a smooth, clean user interface, plus the hubs which put related functions together in an innovative way.
Personally I think Windows Phone seems to be going in a direction that looks very promising, but I'd say you need a hand-on experience to find out what you think is more important.
