Using Nokia Communicator in it's 3rd Generation (9300i), which I think it's getting too slow and doubt if Symbian is well fitted for the future . So my idea is to
change to a PDA on Mobile 6 Pro with the hope
that it doesn't break down than so often heard.I am targeting a HTC S730 which I believe it's a nice machine.
So many fears are crossing my head like:can it be synchronised with a MAC(for the moment I am still using Windows XP professional)
If staying with Windows, are there any issues to think of eventual problems with Windows Vista ?
Changing a businesstool when used to it and when carrying around a lot of updated contacts is never a easy decision to take.
Would very much appreciate anybody else's opinion.
      Carlo

The S730 comes with Windows Mobile 6.0 Standard, so it doesn't have a touchscreen. Touchscreen support is the only difference between MS 6 Pro. and Std.

Yes. I saw the Orange version of the S710 yesterday and I really liked the size. The S730 will be a bit bigger but still a phone rather than a PDA/Phone.

A good enough size to be considered a 'phone' by my business customers who are unwilling to make the move to a PDA-sized device

I think it has a gps,
but how come that HTC didnot mention it in their website

Actually the TyTN II isn’t that much bigger than the S730 (I think that the specs on this site are wrong again) although it will be noticeably bigger.

                                    From the HTC website:

                                    S730: 105.8 x 51 x 19.4 mm
                                    TyTN II: 112 x 59 x 19 mm

The TyTN II is a little thinner than the S730.

My main concern is the difference in features between WM Pro and Standard otherwise I'm liking the S730.

Guys, the TyTn II is a different kettle of fish! It is twice the size of this. As long as HTC have speeded up the screen rotation, customers with Exchange will absolutely lap this up!

Lacks built in gps like the tytn II. A major drawback, otherwise it'd be perfect. Excellent design, with the numeric keypad being a plus for one hand easy dialing.
