i don't know what happened but my messages suddenly stopped saying the time recieved and just give the date,. i didn't do a thing. but i can't find it in settings. any ideas?

Love the phone, just a few things bothering me. It can't download most java apps, sound does,nt stay constant and the trackball keeps jamming. Sometimes it wont go to the rest of your messages in the inbox.
Love the streaming quality and the video quality.

DISLIKE: it has poor java n no flashplayer, these help in using third party applications and da accessing flashplayer rich content online, since I purchased da phone especially for da internet I found this to be a big flop! If u want to use thirdparty apps like nimbuzz, mxit, operamini to name just a few, then u will need a java reader app called Esmertec Jbed, install it on ur phone 1st. Only then will u be able to use 3rd party java apps. If u r an operamini user, the right version for ths device is 10 Beta 3. U also asked about wap n mms settings, YES u will get them preinstlled if buy da phone on cotract, if its prepaid u will hav to request them frm ur network provider. LIKES: It has a bluetooth internet sharing feature whch allows me to connect it to my net book n surf da net without any wires, I like dat, its fast, love da unique design. (Its the only office application where you can start a new document from the phone). Theres also a task list...thats sort of good for notes too, which is in the start menu

Which is better the HTC Snap or Dream? Considering that I only need a qwerty phone little net surfing.

Priority is messaging and normal notes taking.

I have to choose between the nokia e71 and the htc snap... now, i like that the htc snap's internet and processor is faster and its n better design, but i dont like that the snap has only a 65k screen compared to the 16million of the nokia e71, i also dont like the 2mp camera (altho i wont really use it)i tend to lean to the nokia because of its faster grps and edge but the hsdpa is slower than the snap, oh and i like the windows mobile of snap but think nokia is more reliable than the snap...

any inputs?

If opera mini is suck a problem on this phone, why dont anyone try to use skyfire on it? I am only looking to buy the phone, so if anyone can reply on the compatibility between the htc snap and skyfire, it would be of great help. Thank you.
