Sold the Snap after only few days playing around with it. Didn't try to update the firmware. Now using Samsung C6625, but waiting to try LG GW550.

-Menu keys position not aligned with the windows screen above it. Always pressing the wrong button
-TAB key is unusual for smartphone, also keep pressing the wrong button for letter 'A'
-Screen fonts display looks low-res, there's no option to adjust fonts.
-Something wrong with the firmware, keeps changing the hour/minutes of the "device usage length"

i just got the phone in the uk. great great phone feels good battery could be better but is still pretty good.

Dear fellow HTC snaps user,
I had the same problem as well when I first purchase the HTC snap. However I went straight to HTC-support and asked for some help.
The support people was very very helpful. My questions got answered withing 24 hours. I was able to use the internet connection and synchronization too.
I strongly suggest for those who have problems with their HTC Snaps to go to http://www.htc.com/www/support.aspx to get some help :)

In my Opinion there are way little problems from this phone when compared to other Winmo devices. Only problem is Battery for me atleast (I dont see this as problem in general reviews). Apart from this the Phone is worth for every dime u spent.

Anonymous, 30 Jun 2009I haven't try it out yet. But anyway i like his phone lolCool dude, Are you facing any problems with the battery life, for me it just lasts for 1 day and a half.(Without using Wifi, call time may be around 1 hrs and device usage arouns 2 hrs)
