amish, 23 Aug 2012i do have htc snap but its internet it doesnt work well esp... moreAgain, ask for operator settings, or for them to set it for you. This can be phone problem if its locked for some other network but than u couldnt be able to make phone calls either, so phone works, just ask setup for any windows phone.

curity, 21 Aug 2012I regret myself why i bought this phone ,is giving me probl... moreU cant use mms and internet???? that is not problem with phone, its with ur operator. chek ur settings again or give it to someone to chek it. Its not about the phone, windows mobile is all the same on all phones, its about ur operator setup.

Tabinator, 24 Mar 2012cant configure my internet on the phoneYes u can, just ask ur operator for internet setup for any windows mobile phone, its the same, but most operators have automatic setups. First time i hear about this, read manual first.

I regret myself why i bought this phone ,is giving me problems day and night , i cant send mms , i cant use Internet it so boring, out site is nice but inside is another story ,pls if u want to this phone ,u rather buy Nokia 5110 is better

Please, I really need to replace my HTC Snap S520's board. According to a Phone Engineer, that said so. What happened was that I charge the phone then put it off and some hours later when I tried to put it on, it was not coming up...Please help me, I need to fix this...thank.

i want to buy this htc snap but looks like every one is complaining about the trackball, does it spoil that easily so dat i dont buy it n if it should spoil how can i repair it. htc company should answer our question to help improve the wide spread usage of their phones.

At Melo68. Do you mean one should literally take out the trackball, what if when it has been removed it shall not be taken back? is this a conducive risk? what are the other method of removing it if that is the case? I'm in love with HTC product. One X here I am...

track ball problem - take it apart if you have the balls, its just dirt thats accumulating around the track ball. i had the same problems, now its working just fine

@ mosi92. you are right, I now can't use my snap for about 7 months due to immobile track ball. I'm hoping one day miraculously it will work but for now I'm stucked. it's a commendable phone but track ball it's a disappointing factor. HTC 4 LIFE

how i can clean htc snap's track ball? up and down trackball doesn't work :-( . every body listen, if you want use a phone for long time please don't buy a phone with trackball navigation.
