KARL, 10 Jun 2012i want to buy this htc snap but looks like every one is com... morei have had it for almost a year, didnt have any problems with phone or trackball. it all depends how and where u use it, if u use it in some dusty place, sure u will have problem...still, its very cheap part on ebay, and easy to replace. :)
