best phone in the price group....no second thoughts on that. It simply gives you the basics needed in a smart phone with a little extera.
Its better than nokia E72 and bb curve 3G. Much better.
Ill recommend this device any day....concidering its price group.

hi..i have been using the same mobile for few days..
the problem is its battery life..i have to charge it daily despite a little use..i use it for IM and call..
could any body tell me what would be the problem
also it takes great time to get charged..what is the sign of fully charged?

I have this phone for about 4 months, it works perfectly. First thing i'v done was to install official software update, on htc web site, to wm 6.5.
Battery time is fantastic.
But, i dont really like wm standard, there arent very much apps that work with this phone.

hello ! th track ball of my snap is horrible ! within the first few months it gave me tremendous problems.and as i am speaking, it does not scroll either up/down ! i have a horrible time surfing the net! wow!!!

I've had so many problems with it, i... moreI had the same problems of auto off, get the software updated at lab 88, its free or any other HTC store. as for the browser...i know, its terrible, download opera mini and the browsing experience isn't so bad...actually its brilliant. as for the other problems, they will disappear with a software update. the newest ROM is: 2.04.421.1
make sure you have windows mobile 6.5 standard because its the newest software available for the snap.

This phone is useless. I've had so many problems with it, it's crazy. One thing fixes itself then there's just another problem to deal with. It's slow, unreliable, turns itself off sometimes, takes forever to delete messages, won't let me permanently delete them to begin with (they reappear in the deleted items after I've apparently cleared the deleted items), and it's hard to scroll smoothly when using the internet. I wish I never got this phone, it's pretty but it's annoying.

Just go to setting-->communication-->turn off the bluetooth. it works

its a smart phone I ever have before,but why when you log in internet sometimes you receive a message that you are not able to log in internet while you have already configured it.lovely phone even by apearence
