this is the best youtube phone i have ever used. it even plays youtube videos better than my computer some times(speaking about lagging). no lagging. fast buffing ( set a 4 seconds) and fluent play back. (no in the middle of the video buffing messages where you have to wait). Note: the phone was running on a 3G network.

just keep roling the track ball it will eventully catch grip and work.

if anyone is experiencing any problems with the snap the first thing to do is use the clear storage option. to get there do the following; start, accessories, clear storage, type in "1234"
and click yes. be sure to save your wanted data in the memory card.

HTC Snap vs Nokia E72
1 camera on snap is a little more clear but it has far superior colour.
2 if runs far better and faster.
3 HTC is far more reliable. my moms E72 constantly gives problems.
4 E72 has better battery life.
5 internet speed very good on Snap but not real so on Nokia.
conclusion ?
The Snap has about a 16 mhz bigger processor, same RAM and far easier to use. if deciding to go for any one of these phones definitely choose Snap.
and if by any chance wondering about what is better between snap and BB curve/torch or bold running on BB 6 or 7 I would say that the operating system on a snap (windows 6.5 standard) is far superior making it the better phone I mean come on its made by Bill Gates, but still not as good as the computer version but what is ? . HTC really outdid them selves on this one. Snap is an excellent phone in general.

HTC Snap is Windows Mobile 6.0/6.1 or the newest version 6.5 standard. Symbian is only used by Nokia you won't find it on any other phone but Nokia.

Joss, 13 Jul 2011Hi, i had the same problem and they told me my sim was to s... moreThanks, that helped a lot. so i fixed it. however i still can't send sms's (mms's work properly), this time there is no real reason; it says "message could not be sent" on the error area after a minute or two of trying to send it. i've contacted my network service provider about it and they set off call barring settings but it didn't work either. perhaps i need to change to another nwetwork.

AnonD-10515, 09 Jun 2011hi, i have the snap too. i have trouble receiving sms/mms'.... moreHi, i had the same problem and they told me my sim was to small and i had to get a bigger one only to find that this is not it, it all boils down to you having music or stuff saved on the phones memory which fill-upp the memory it utilise to cater for you messages, therefore you must transfer the music or stuff to your memory card to avoid this from happening.

and i think u should go to a programmer or perhaps the problem is in the sim card try reaching either a programmer or you sim card company office :)

hi guys i ve 13 months using this phone what i can say is that it is best better than bb 8520 and e71. you will never regret. htc sensation here i come. well done htc we need 16g onboard memory. like n8,e7,s2.
