Its got MS Office - the new rom actually updated ms office to support 2007 formats with the .docx extensions, and u can edit excel and word documents.

My touch is playing up, the screen alignment gets out of sync every couple of hours. Im going to send it back.

i'm not telling that its totally bad. never would i say that. every phone has its best attribute. just what i told before this, htc touch is good for business. everything is in their, what i told was, for multimedia fanatics, this ain't the phone for ya'. just helpin you out. i usually venture every corner of my phone i bought. i practically used every function to test it. tell me what youlook for and i'd tell you the phone you need.

I sympathize with you Rathnakar. This device isn't really not cheap. You would say the looks is perfect but the function isn't. the word "SHOW PIECE" is somewhat a better term for this device. I don't know man, but three months is too early for wear off period for any device, there must be a problem with the software, or an installed software is in conflict with another software (mostly the ones installed by the owner). hey, anybody correct me, but to what i know, there are softwares that is in conflict with another, a software that is not compatible.

ei whoever you are man i not joking.. i agree with frednizz here. HTC does run with WM 6 pro, but the processor speed aint that fast. try running a video, you should know if you have one of this HTC touch. 201MHz really can't dig on video playbacks. all in all. HTC touch is good for business, but for multimedia fanatics, ain't enough.. just tellin the truth. when you buy your phone try to venture every corner of it, in less than a week you would know your phones weakness.

No offence guys but HTC Touch is no good in comparison to iPhone. I had Elf but won iPone at http://www.squareauction.com/H...6af63f03ac04
Now I know the difference between two. iPhone is very sexy and very powerful processor that eats video as 1,2,3
But Elf is nice has Windows OS but has no memory and quite slow. But this is my opinion.

sim cards only hold a maximum of 250 contacts and no more. You would need to get a separate sim card or enter them manually

you need to edit the registers for that i think, or you can find a software to change that

How do I switch off the reminders for incoming e mails, as it gets quite irritating when trying to type messages or do something else on the phone and this pop-up keeps appearing. Everythin is turned off under the tab Sounds & Notifications - Messaging: New e mail message.

                                        HI,

I need some clarification on HTC Touch. I tried to copy the contact from my SIM to HTC phone, but it is copying only 250 contact and not more than that. But I have 437 contact in the SIM. The rest of the number are not even showing in the SIM Manager. Has anybody faced the same problem. Plese clarify. Thanks
