OMG!!! If u want a multimedia phone Cruise is not for u.Take a nokia (lol) or a Eten (lol again).The fact is that Cruise is a GREAT phone-pda EVEN WITHOUT THE DRIVERS,its stability is fantastic,unlike the other ppc phones with 64mb ram.

Hmmmm..
If the Touch cruise really IS slower, than why not to buy old 3300? Looks quite similar, with exception of better(?) touchscreen and 200mhz processor.. WM6 is not problem to download....(no need for 3G). And a lot cheaper....
Have someone switched these two?

I was waiting 4 this device too. And looks like bye-bye HTC...
Spend a lots of cash for underperforming device... That's not my style!

Was waiting for this model for few months but thanks to htcclassaction.org in pointing out the facts and truth. Am droping this for good (unless of coz HTC do something b4 i purchase my new mobile).

Oh dear oh dear oh dear what have we here?? Yet another company taking poor old joe public to the cleaners and thinking they can get away with it. I wanted an HTC TOUCH CRUISE, and was gonna ask anyone else who wanted one on vodafone but couldnt get one cos vodafone say they have no plans to sell or even support the phone, to email vodafone (UK) and give them a flea in their ear. Having just read the HTCCLASSACTION.ORG WEBSITE and carefully studied all the videos and comments, i have to say i wouldnt touch one with a bargepole now. Does anyone know of a similar phone with exactly the same features that i might be able to replace it with???

Don't Buy this phone or any other with Qualcomm MSMXXXX HTC has refused to develope proper drivers for the graphic processor built in which causes this phone to run at a substandard rate much lower than much older phones.

Hex-hunting HTC for there products is an act based on regressive behaviour. Just drop it and buy something else if you are not satisfied. Basically there is a lot of reviews on the internet of which some claim them to have done this and that. I am preordering the cruise and don't care much about graphics at all.
Just lets your lips rest and propagate for your bad call instead of trying to undermine the company. Its a piece of sand, metal and oil after all.

well i would hold off buying the htc touch cruise go to htcclassaction.org and u will see that they cripple the device making it slower then the older device such as the camera,video play back, and worst the touch screen when being use cause alot of lag which is really bad for surfing internet on it and games overall is just buggy and htc response is to buy another phone and not fixing it they have said they will fix it but it seems like they just stalling from the different response people r getting overall try to ignore this if u can this company has basically gave us the finger and left us dry

Buy just Nokia and iPhone. HTC and Windows Mobile are a way too complex for simple minds.
Slow processors, buggy drivers and so on, scary stuff for your quiet sleep.

I was eagerly waiting for the Cruise to be out, but with what I have read today, and knowing that my previous, very bad phone HP RW 6828 was an HTC outsourced, I don't really know what I'm gonna do.

The camera is quite good in daylight outside, in low-light situations and inside it is quite bad.
