my brother buy me a htc touch diamond from denmark, i am now in pakistan i cant find a place to sell it. there is no company launching this phone.

I bought one from Dubai. the battery is not good if you want to use some applications you may use no more than 30 min backside of phone gets too hot. I DO NOT RECOMEND TO BUY AND SPEND MONEY ON SOME USELESS HTC TOUCH DIAMOND

Its one of the trendiest cell phones available in the market, the design & performance is stupendous... wat a nice feeling to hold this cell infront of others... if they say change is constant then you definetly got this one with you! Cheers!

Battery life does not last long
When talking for 10 minutes and more, the back of the phone gets hot
Would have to tap on the screen a couple times to get to where you want
Screen and back plate gets finger prints easily
.. Overall, a disappointment!
Waste of time and MONEY.

The battery is very poor (900mah)!!
The screen is excellent! very clean view. The original rom is a little bit slow but if you put a cooked rom... it's much faster!!
I am using it for a couple of months and my only strong negative is the life of battery ... :(

After a few months of poor battery life the dealer said should return the phone for a software upgrade.
Also the plastic is lifting on the send button and when I asked for it to be fixed i was refused as not a manufacturers fault. But I think it is a design fault in the phone. Has anyone else a problem with the plastic lifting.

Hi world, I'm here again. My problem was solved because I have tried to type my password again and again, event it couldn't unlock. Fortunately, I reached the maximum of wrong password, then the phone pop up the message to tell me to type "1a2b3c" in case of emergency call. So I was not hesitate to try that. Wow, I can login to my phone but I still can't change the password so Clear storage is the other way to short out this case. Or else Hard reset is the other choice of this problem. Good luck dude!

Chhunly, 06 Apr 2009Hi all, I just got diamond yesterday. Today I was download ... moredo a hard reset on the phone and everythig should be back to normal. just like from factory. just go to htc.com and go to support for diamond and it will tell you how to do a hard reset.

the batery for htc touch diamond is very bad,battery power finish very fast,must update from 900mah to 1200mah.

Hi all, I just got diamond yesterday. Today I was download the active syn..4.5 from microsoft to connect my the phone to pc. I have copied some song and pictures. Then I leave it for awhile and I want to check something on the phone but I couldn't coz the phone frozen. The screen turn to white and I couldn't do anything. So I take out the battery. When I turn it back again I type the password that I have used but I can't unlock it. Do anyone can help? Please help! thanks in advance.

I waited to purchase this phone for long as I really wanted a PDA with style and compact size..apart from the low-on-battery life feature I need to know if there is a software or option available in this phone that allows you to see of the person you're calling is on another line. For example in all nokias and samsungs even a lowest cost phone ...when you're calling some one and they're already on the phone talking to someone..you see a popup on the dcreen "call waiting" or only "waiting" that tells you the person you're calling is in another call and is very helpful a feature indeed..any suggestions please..Also,I've noticed that the home screen (with touch flo feature ON) doesnot display the complete Day/date/time as in saturday,April 5,2009. But it does once you turn of touch-flo..is there a modification software or option available...waiting for a helpful response..regards
