You can't even compare..
The Diamond 2 is alot better for those reasons
1- Windows
2- Screen size
3- Screen resolution
4- Better Battery
5- Faster CPU
6- More internal Memory
7- Can read upto 32GB microSD
8- And most importantly customizable to later windows or better updates.

I read somewhere that the desktop stand will be/is available for it. Keep searching.

I own this device for a week now. I am a windows mobile user since a long time and my latest one was the imate JasJam. This one is by all means a very elegant, reliable and well-built mobile (the back cover is questionable and I would prefer the matt one). It's very fast. I experienced no degradation in performance till now although I have a lot of applications installed on it. If anyone would like to ask about it, let me know and I would be glad to give more info.

hTC promised a better battery life for D2 against the first diamond....

Regarding the battery life of TD2, it is always a mystery for you guys stating it can last for 2-3 days. In fact. No wifi, with only 3g, calls and smses can only last my TD2 for 1 day. And i dun really think my battery is having any problem since i already exchange for a handset once

Cannot even delete individual calls from call history at call phone mode. Every time I touch on the call that I want to delete, it start to dial that number
