My touch dual is problem free,so far so good even before it got upgraded to WM 6.1.
I was thinking to convert it to Diamond touch's 3D interface,hoping it won't slow down the operating system.

medz, 31 Aug 2008hey how is the speaker volume? i bought this phone two days... moreI have the same problem. My speaker volume is too low. I've got everything turned up to loud.
I notice if I listen to a voicemail, it starts loud, but then tapers down to a low volume like the phone is programed not to make the sound too loud.

moz, 22 Oct 2008I am experiencing problems with the touch screen, its somet... moreI have my power settings to a minimu and therefore my phone turns the screen off after 1 minute.
Pressing the power button at the top should bring it all back online.
Sometimes you may need to press it twice.

I am experiencing problems with the touch screen, its sometimes on and off.Thats really a problem since you cant even send texts/e-mails when the touch screen is off.
Everything else is perfect with this phone.
Anyone who has experienced this? How did you deal with it?
Help much appreciated.

I have been using the 3G handset for some months and am considering selling it. The reception is pathetic compared to my earlier handset all through the using the same provider. Many calls drop and the phone is just to slow which is a real pain. I was told it had Wifi by the carrier. Obviously it does not. I think in defence of the retailer he probably thought that since the model under and that above both had WiFi the model in between would also have, It obviously does not. Also, I have found that problems with sincronising with Outlook with the handset duplicating many entries and making a mess of my contacts with up to as many as 3 to 4 entries of each contact. This is an expensive handset to buy. It should not present so many problems. I was attracted to its looks and not its subsatnce

htc touch seems better than the touch dual. i actually had the htc touch then traded it for the touch dual which seems to me now as a mistake. the htc toiuch dual has got no wlan.this particular feature endear me to htc.why?

i use htc touch dual for few month and its really give me problem.not friendly at all.i tired to sell this fone but no body want to buy.if i do trade in i only can buy nokia 1200.so sad
