Dexter Morgan, 01 Jun 2009Anthony, Dutty's 3.6 [FINAL]win6.1 is out but i'm hesitatin... moreI installed it last night. no new features just bug fixes. msn messenger works with wifi now. radio don't need extra .cab to work. the manila dose not rotate unless you install the manila landscape. so I just use the change screen. but the manila rotation do not seem to freez any more. on/off switch for 3G and beaming added in communications. on the down side, landscape start menu does not full out the screen it only goes across 4 rows

Anthony, Dutty's 3.6 [FINAL]win6.1 is out but i'm hesitating. I prefer his win6.5 version, it's stable and battery life is better. The 6.5 adds more features to Dutty's ROM that's why i'm waving goodbye to 6.1..
Please let me know what you think, or that i might be missing something.

To be frank bro , l m new to winmo even... morexda-developers.com has everything you need.. I started there along time ago, helped me with my iMate, HTC Touch, HTC TYTNII, HTC Diamond and now HTC HD..
If you can't find help there then do what i always do, search google.. :-)

To be frank bro , l m new to winmo even though i m using laptop regularly for basic usage. I very much use T9 while typing in single hand.
Bro if u can tell or give me the link how and from where i can tweak to get t9 in pro 2 for fast typing ,then i would go for pro 2. I prefer on sreen key board with t9. in case if its not possible to get t9 in pro2 without compramising on important software features of pro 2 then i would like to buy touch hd n update it like yours.
Plz give your valuable opinion. Thanks.

If you're not into Cooked ROMs (Windows 6.1/6.5). Then definitely go for the Touch Pro 2.. My HD has all the features from Touch Pro 2 and Diamond 2 and currently running windows 6.5 with TouchFlo3d..

i like few features of touc... moreIts hard to decide, and T9 is easily installed if you want.
Pro 2 is very huge compared to the HD, The battery in the Pro 2 will last longer since its purpose is for business.. In my opinion using a hardware keyboard is better while looking at a full screen view without having the on-screen keyboard be in the way. It will be faster and more laptop feel if you use a hardware keyboard (like TYTN II)..
The sound in the Pro 2 is VERRRYY loud which is awesome, big pre-amped dual speakers..
If i were you i'd go for the Pro 2, because i work on documents and office things allot. but other than the keyboard thing, HD is great because of the screen size and slim shape..

i like few features of touch hd and few features of pro 2 . plz help me to decide.
pro 2 > 1.clear sound (straight talk).
2.touch low 3d smoother.
3. long battery.
4. winmo 6.5 free update.
5. zoom bar.
6.tilting screen.
what i hate in pro 2 is lack of t9 and the T9 and SureType style keyboards.
if touch hd could solve above problems or nearly provides me with above features of pro 2 then i would love to have touch hd. please suggest thanks

shaldi, 01 Jun 2009im using touch hd for 6 months already. still happy with it... moreI tried the Android on the HD but its still under development, Checkout Spb Mobile Shell 3.0 and Search Google for skins and themes.. Just incredible..

im using touch hd for 6 months already. still happy with it. i watch youtube from it. internet is fast. call and video call is excellent. watch movie n hearing music is excellent. i installed many programmes inside it, some programe make my device hang n keep device reboot. n i already removed it. the programme is free to download n install it can be found at freewareppc, etc. be clever using search engine like yahoo for what u want. i hope someday my device can install Android platform. kinda like it. highly recommend it. n good luck.

mdwalkman, 01 Jun 2009i got the t8282 model and after few weeks of using it and c... moreThe Touch HD will not work on US 3G band. The phone is built for Europe and Asia. There is not a fix for this as far as I am aware. This is why it was not released in the US when it was availible in Europe.

i got the t8282 model and after few weeks of using it and came to find out the 3G on the phone does not work with US's 3G network, at least the AT&T won't. I love the phone's features and screen, but it kind of pointless to do other things like, slingbox, online, etc, when the connection is slow. does anyone have anything to fix this problem?
