Some of you people were asking about the auto-lock on WinMo 6.5 which unfortunatly only happens with a password unless tweaked.
A couple of months ago i installed the S2U2 (Slide 2 Unlock 2) application but i had alot of bugs with it on my HD, however i've installed the latest version last night and i'm really happy with it and really recommend it to everyone..

Then you can install Arabic support and applications from the following:

Just drop them to your phone and run each..

I need the ling to update my ROM in the HTC site
I need the link to get the HSPL
If i flash from original ROM 6.1 to cooked ROM win 6-5 r9, would I face any problems with Arabic language? or win 6.5 supports Arabic?

Hi, I've had this phone and I'm enjoying it. Just a question - how do you rotate and have full advantage of its massive screen when watching a vdeo in WMP? Does CorePlayer plays videos fullscreen?

hi to all
Can some one guide me in my decision , wether i should go for HTC TOUCH HD or HTC TOUCH PRO 2 .
I studied a lot @ both these Handsets n both have couple of pros and cons
Touch HD has good camera but no key board as i think its an important feature to have .
Pro 2 has got key board but heard from many dat its camera performance is not good which again is an equally important feature for me .
so friends plz help me in making a decision on, which handset shall i go for ?

How do i activate the Keylock on the HTC Touch ... moreby default the HD does not have a touch screen lock. it only comes with the phone password lock. you have to go in windows settings to set that up (not the touch flo settings).
If you want a touch screen lock you can install "sensor lock" http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-download-sensorlock.html
it locks the screen just by flipping the phone and unlock by flipping it back.

Paul, 05 Aug 2009I'm still confused, I'm on duttythroy website right now and... morewinmo 6.5 r9 is the one to get if you have a HD
you have to install net 3.5 on your pc when the phone is hooked to it in sync mode/activsync.
you also have to unlock your spl whit hspl before you can use dutty's rom.

I'm still confused, I'm on duttythroy website right now and I don't know which roms to install. Anyone can help me? Is winmo 6.5 r9 good? I've read that we need to install net 3.5 , how? by activesync?

PANICOS, 04 Aug 2009how you can ADD programs at touchflo 3D menu? If you are not seeing the programs tab in touch flo. Go to the settings tab. pick the "Customize Tabs" and then check Programs.
Then tap on done. Once the Programs tab is added tab on the empty box where you want a program launcher to be added, find the program from the add Program list, pick the program and that’s it.

PANICOS, 04 Aug 2009can you add programs to touchflo 3d at htc hd?There is already a programs tab in touchflo 3D that you can customize with the list of programs you want it to show.
And if you were realy asking if you can install 3rd party apps/programs on this phone the answer is yes. that is what makes windows mobile so great.

hello,
i am a owner of the great hd. in the past i had many of the same kind (mindows mobile) and diferent marks. the only thing that i have a question is why a movie that it has 640x480 resolution does not playing perfect in wmv codec.in the other hand also the same problemms has and the mp4 movies. the ram is 288mb so from ram all it's ok. plaese someone tell me why sush so beautifull pda dont work good with the movies...
