yo guys i'm seriously considering 2 buy dis fone, but i wonder if i use an 4gb card but its not yet full will the fone still be slow. i mean will some applications take a long time 2 load. overall, is it da memory of the card which makes da fone slow or cuz of its processor.

My viva's battery only lasts for a day, a day and a half maximum. If i charge it during evening, spoke for 10 minutes, in the morning, after a hole night when the phone was in standby, not used, screen closed, one third of the battery is gone.
Is this normal? Cause i've been reading here that it lasts for 4 days. I wish it would last for two days, at least...

Can anyone help me out with the Vodafone GPRS settings for HTC Touch? I have activated and now Vf says that they dont have a settings for HTC handsets

well i wanna say 2 all user of Viva plz download da Divx Player from this site freewareppc.com and other Bunch off applications fo this mobile if u really lookin .. all avi files wrkin superb gr8 n sound is so high , Da player is jus launched so guyz try it )) thanks ))

hi Sam sory for late reply jus got time 2day 2 chk here .. well mate mobile is superb no prob at all ...in mobile box no headset n no memory card i buyed 2gb card from mobile store in 400rs ,, abt da features .. its true mobile battery is superb wrk 4days without charging n daily 30min callin . . sonud is ok n also depends on songs ... video qulty is nice .. ova all looks r amzin )) phone neva hang at all ..wrkin fine ... )) i hope u satisfy wi my reply )) thanks ))

i have a viva its pretty cool battery is pretty good it worth the price only thing thou im not sure if u can sent mp3's for text message notification if u can pease let me know how

Someone Please give me information,I've decided to buy one.
Touch Viva doesnt comes with GPS inbuilt,
so can we use it with external GPS device (e.g. Bluetooth connectivity devices)?
And how about the Maps for the GPS to work?
Since, for Nokia mobiles,maps are available on their websites.

No memory card in the box and the headset costs 22.90 euro(plus shipping) if you want to buy it from the HTC web site , but I found it in a mobile store in Italy at 19 euro though... so Htc is more expensive on line :-)
Viva works ok with any memory card (2,4,8 Giga), doesen't affects his performance, at the contrary, if you store everything in the external memory and leave the internal one free (that is 80 MB) you should have faster response of the functions.

Guys, After reading reviews I have come to conclusion:
1. Battery good
2. Sound Good
3. No fm
4. No Headset
5. Wifi, Quadband.
just 2 doubts...if any one can help? does it come with a mem card and whow can i get a headset and how much more I need to pay in India to get it?????????????????????

I am quiet confused with this mobile and HTC Touch Viva. I've planed to buy any of them on next week. when asus p320 was released it was so inspired me, coz it has WM 6.1, Asus Today, Wi-Fi and GPS, even its price too. but recently i felt in love with HTC Touch Viva. it same as asus p320 with little different in ram. the touch flo is so much impressed me.but the price is little bit more than asus p320. and doesn,t has gps. help me to buy the best one.

GPS: yes Vs No
Features: Asus Today Vs HTC Touch Viva
cost: 12900 Vs 15400
HTC is so friendly with ur fingers, but asus is stylus oriented. its battery and reception are bad i heard from reviews.

The 201Mhz processor is ok for running all the apps you want, and the 128Ram helps in having good results, but, you will notice a small delay in the functions when you run in the same time "heavy" apps like WMP, ADOBE, music player, office.. Ofcourse, a 500+ processor will speed up the device, but it will also make you pay dubble the price :) Like i said before, VIVA is the best deal on the market if you want to spend less and have a good PPC in you hands.
