this may sound stupid, but my tytn 2 does not want to ring - even if i set the incoming call to ring only . . . only vibrating alert for incoming calls works, while alert tones for programs & messages works. someone please help.

I just got this phone for 2 weeks, and it is fantastic, the camera are pretty good, the only draw back is the lag of flash.

I'm looking at purchasing this PDA. It appears to have the same+ features of my PPC6700. Can anyone tell me if you train the voice dialer by selecting a specific phone number and speaking the name which is stored using your voice??

                Thanks

Hi all, I was waiting to upgrade to HTC TyTn11 in great anticipation, only to be greatly disappointed by its software (RAM?) capacity. My phone often freezes/hangs up and and stops responding to commands. Or it just becomes very slow. It even affects the most basic funtion, making a phone call! Besides these I do think its a great phone with all it's functionalities. I just hope someone can help me with a suggestion or 2. I've hardly had it for a month and am already ready to replace it with a cheapie.

The voice command can do more than just make calls. I can open any program with a voice command using bluetooth.Windows voice command doesnt need any training at all It's all preconfigured to recognise your language ,the more you use it the more it gets to know your voice.Brilliant

Does the phone have the voice command feature like other phones, that allow you call a person by saying the name or number,it will also readout TXT messages and incoming calls. If so please advice, i am looking to buy and HTC phone but is this voice command feature is very important.

The main camera is not good, there are smears went an object moves during shooting still pictures, or movie clips.
I asked the tech support but without any hope.

Just got this from orange due to my orange M3100 dying on me,they said no longer available so this was the nearest they could find , a very nice phone very impressed at last a stylus that you can actually remove without using your finger nails or teeth i give it 10 just for that , not to mention the clear bright screen, the only fault is the speaker doesnt sound as beefy as the m3100 not sure why ,i need to check spec mp3 ringtones are easy to set, and also you can copy and paste sounds into windows itself to use in the message tones and other command sounds although make sure its in wav, as it will not see mp3 format...overall a brilliant phone...
