Yes it has Adobe reader standard. The user interface is windows mobile 6. Depends how computer literate you are. The bluetooth is ok, all coms are easily got to via you comm manager. The speaker quailty is I would say only a small notch lower than that of the SE W850i.

Games rock, just the selection for windows mobile 6 is very thin.
I use my phone as a tool, it is like a wonder tool. I use VNC on my network, either via USB or Wi-Fi.

THe battery lasts longer than I expected from it, I mean my laptop battery only lasts 2 hours :)
SE bluetooth is pathetic. I have had trouble with both my SE K800i and W850i. The sound quality is great. Only a tad more tingy than the W850i.

Try a hard reset. Outlook is great. I love the messaging features of this phone. Switch between SMS/MMS's and E-mails with one click. Unlike SE that uses a separate menu for e-mail.

This was a bug in Windows Mobile 6 that has now been attended to in 6.1. But you can do a quick fix for WM6 with KaiserTweak(great app).

Once you have a Wi-Fi connection established it will only use that and the same applies for any other connection. GPRS, 3g, HSPDA and shared internet from your USB cable (goes both ways, acts as a modem to).

Out of the box its slow, but once you pump up the catch's via KaiserTweak it is S**T hot fast. It is faster than my K800i and W850i doing anything. The only thing that is still slow is the changing of the screen from landscape to portrait.

The battery (and I've tried 2)... moreare these ppl crazy..the phone is rubbish because i only last 2 days in stand by mode?? i had my n95 n had to charge it every day but that doesnt mean the phone is crap id rather buy another n95 dan by a crapy phone that cant do sh*t..u ppl need to realize that the more stuff u put in a phone and the faster it is the quicker the battery is gonna die..so putting in an oversize battery n making the phone bulky and hard to carry around ain really gonna work when the phone is ready to be sold.ITS A GIVE AND TAKE THING PPL LIVE WITH IT!!!!

So, don't be fooled - steer well clear. Hype is one thing, real-world functionality is another.

Cal, 18 Jun 2008Heard from one of HTC dealers that HTC is coming out on a n... moreno tytnIII. They are coming out with the touch pro in August. Similar phone but with a VGA screen and less rounded corners. Also a tadge thinner. Cant tell if it has a tilt screen.
Refer to touch pro on the htc catagory.

Try turning the Mic AGC on or off.
"- Battery cover keeps on coming off"
Must have dropped it a few times.

- Phone automatically starts up programs i.e. Skype/Fring whilst I'm busy using another operation."
Do a hard reset, backup all files before hand though. As with anything windows, it needs a fresh install every now and then.
"- Touch screen incredibly unresponsive at times"
"- Speed of opening applications is slower then my I-mate Jam"
Download KaiserTweak and pump up all the caches.
A good bit of advice.
Download TotalComander for Windows Mobile and from Task Manager, add it to the exclusive list :p

Windows Mobile software rocks.The 3rd party software cannot be matched by apple,linux,palm or symbian.Here try this rather cool imaging application.

A soft reset is just like a laptop/desktop computer (reset). It only restarts all applications and directory folders from default settings with nothing erasing.
If you know where to download google map for use without internet for this phone, please let me know
