I dont know guys, but I heard from my friend that it is heavy phone, and then he suggested me to wait till HTC S730 be available in UAE.

he said it almost same, and the only one thing is TYTnII has touch screen,
both of them has gps receiver.
    almost same features.

    What do you think guys?
any idea when S730 will be available in UAE?

    thanks and regards,
    Nasser

There are a number of sites to find registry edit information. I use the XDA Developers site www.xda-developers.com

wow this looks like an amazing phone...just one thing though. Why didnt they give a 256k colour screen? after giving this phone so many features, they dont give it a screen to match it

I've now has this pda phone for five weeks so I feel placed to submit my opinion. As with all devices that have the touchscreen interface calls and sms can prove harder than usual but aside from the physical aspects the actual unit is quite superb. My TyTn II picks up a better reception than my n70 and has a far better signal than my old o2 xda.The wm6 os seems made for the tytn II or vice versa(who knows how HTC and wm work things out!!)From navigating through menu's,opening applications, switching from Wi-Fi to HSDPA etc etc..everything is zippy, just the way you had always hoped/prayed a ppc would operate.I could go on and on listing the positives but I think it would be easier to name the very few gripes I have with the handset so here goes.Screen should have had a better resolution and the loudspeaker could be slightly better.Anyone looking to buy a pocket pc should seriously consider the Kaiser.IT'S THE BOMB

TT with the gps on kaiser is excellent. This is what you do.Install a torrent client on your pc.Search for TOMTOM for pocket pc(the file I downloaded came with uk&ireland maps)then if you want additional voices or indeed maps search torrents sites again!or you could be honest and just pay for it!btw you just install the required maps on your memory card

Does the GPS on this phone come with the maps already loaded, or you need to get this service from the signal provider? Thanks

Sam - you must have just got a bad phone; it happens. I have the TyTN II and the reception is very good with a clear and loud volume in the earpiece. Because this phone is quad-band it covers all frequencies a provider would transmit on gloablly. So you'll laways have the best signal available

People donot purchase. It is overhyped and poor signal quality. I have had to send mine in to HTC twice for repair and appauling customer service. They never fixed it first time and then couldnt locate it the second time. Its just another hyped up gadget not worth the money.
