And why LG using gorilla glass 3 on the g6? Or why smart phones cost the price of a PC but people think they have to upgrade every year. Do you buy a new PC every year?

The rest of the world gets 64/4GB RAM for the same price, probably with leftover inferior hardware. This is really sad that there are still companies which think its okay to sell trash for EU in 2017.

I always watch every review on U11 and my conclusion is " it's on its own world" The red colour is very beautiful I've contacted HTC in my country ( South Africa) and they are not sure when it's coming. This phone has many and awesome features. As for Camera and Video has both been declared the best ever in 2017. I want to partner my M8 which hasn't let me down. Please HTC bring this phone in my country. Nonetheless, HTC for life no matter what

You are right, you have no need to upgrade.
This is not a Samsung phone that lags after 6 months.
If I were you I would wait till a year after the 10 stops getting OS updates before I upgrade. So you could comfortably use the 10 for 2 more years.
I upgrade from the HTC ONE MAX to the U ULTRA and I don't feel like I missed out on anything by not getting the M8, M9 or M10.

I previously posted that NO uh-oh coverage for the HTC U11 was a deal breaker for me. I'm adding that HTC didn't add any memory to the phone compared to HTC 10. 64/4 on both. HTC 10 got Nougat eventually and has snapdragon 820 (snapdragon 835 for U11). I still want more memory! P.S. I'm not talking about micro SD... just RAM baby!

still running smooth as it gets old, HTC will always win that battle over Samsung.
but please note the U11 is not as tough has your M7. I got the U Ultra back in March and last week I discovered the back glass was shattered. because it was in a black case, I don't even know when or how it happened. (yes my phone fell a few times but because it was in a case I only checked the display)
it's now 7 days I am waiting for HTC to ship me a new U Ultra because I have UH OH protection.
so if you do buy the U11 don't think you can treat it like you did your M7.

I've had both Samsung and HTC phones. The Samsungs usually have a better display, but become buggy and irritating before they reach a year's use, while the HTC's have better sound and never crash/freeze. The Samsung's I've had usually get replaced after a year, while I get two to three years out of HTC's. So... I'm probably going to get this HTC to replace the m9 I'm currently still using, once all the colours are available. I might wait till next year's release, because my m9 is ticking over perfectly.
