hi i just bout this phone and i tried to install a tun-able fm radio app but every time i tried i get a message that this phone or windows 8 phone don't support radio but i really need the radio so if any one could help it will be great "i need a tun-able radio not online one"

Check for last updates. Since february it was 3 updates already. One of them fixing crashes. by the way, the lat update downloaded by me one hour ago. i hope Skype double call in parallel with delay on smartphone and desctop PC was fixed. This bag realy driving me crazy. By the way, last update adding radio as app to Win 8, so you can plug in your headphones and listening to the radio. I had mine since February. I should've taken it back straight away. Even though the OS is up to date, when I receive calls it sometimes restarts. The battery drain is something chronic. I have had to change the way I use it. My Iphone 4S was better at battery life than this. I don't really even use my phone any more but now I am forced to use it as a business phone got active sync set up on it to manually sync, battery is good if you don't use phone!!!! I also had hardware problems where it wouldn't turn on. It took me 2 hours one day to get it turned on. Windows phones are awesome, but I wouldn't recommend this model to anyone

Plugging it into the provided charger and USB cable stopped the bootloop. Took about 5 minutes for the battery to get enough juice to fully boot past the battery charging screen.

Anyone else facing Bootlooping?. seems as the battery is totally dead. only starts looping when pluged in. hardware or software fault?

I got the at&t version of this phone, and I guess they got a lot of the issues fixed before they released it a lot of the problems that are expressed I do not have, I have 16g of memory, I have mobile hotspot, sound quality is great, the app store is more than enough, sure droid and ios have a bigger app store but how much of it do you really use, battery life is so so, mine last with more than average use about 16-20 hours before needing a charge, the lockscreen does have optional shortcut keys that u can set, comes equipped with FM radio, does have att voice navigation, and also equipped with astro file manager, which isn't system wide but is a file manager none the less, as far as an equalizer it does not have one you can manually adjust, but it does come with Beats audio and you have the option to turn this off, as an android user for the past 3 years, the switch to windows phone was an easy transition and I do love and recommend this phone.

If you want tons of apps choose android.

I'm biggest HTC Fan.And I wanted to say that HTC is the best designable mobile brand but it also has some weakness.The weakness is that It does not think well when release a flagship of its year.Just look at the HTC One "Best in Class 2013".I'm impressed with its features like Ultra pixels,Boomtech sound,Zoe,Screen,Performance and design.The Neglibility of HTC in releasing the flagship is that it do not support Expandable storage,User interface of HTC One,One X,One S,etc.,waterproof technology,etc., and a battery life.Due to this problems the HTC Lacks behind in every year.I know that it is well defined brand but do not give much power to its flagship.The Apple is not better than the HTC but of popularity of people it rises.Just compare the iPhone 5 with HTC Desire S,Desire V,Desire X and Desire 600.The HTC's are have better function and apps better than iPhone 5.The HTC Desires has same weight of iPhone 5 but the HTC's do not have popularity due to low battery life.People like iPhones more better but I like HTC more better.The HTC should design the next flagship like HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE which is also competitor of iPhone 5 and I compared them and the Droid Incredible is better.My Father has iPhone 5 which I didn't find any useful function in it,It is just standard but cool in looks.By using the weakness of HTC like user interface should be so cool in which a person shocked to see the home screen and Application menu.HTC can be at the top of S4,iPhone 5S,etc.So,I want HTC to release a another flagship in next or this year which do not leave any MicroSD Card Slot,Water proof,Cool User interface not like the iPhones or Samsung,Long battery life, superior design,Ultrapixels of HTC One,Boomtech sound,Zoes.By this functions the HTC could be in the top of the eyes of peoples.Love you HTC.I hope you follow this instructions.Thank you.
