Anyways, this is a cool device and I hope highly succesful so WP8 phones become real competitors in the smartphone world. My pick will be Nokia, but Ill cheer for anything running WP8!
My N8 came with 16gb memory and sd card slot. Ive used 6-7gb of the internal memory in 2 yeara, no need for the card slot ever. Never deleted vids or pics ive taken. Ill manage without a cardslot, i rather take skydrive integration

Ok people can be stupid now days. Everything is by experience or preference which honestly go hand in hand. Myself for example have never liked Android OS mainly because of the standard smart phone lag it gets after 6 months to a year. Even with the S2 it is noticeable but hardly. not sure about the S3 since i havent messed with one yet. And i just never have been a Fan of iOS mainly just cause thats my preference. Ive now had my HTC HD7 for about 2 years now and yea there are some things about it that can improve. But no lag at all still to this day. functions just like it is brand new. suprisingly memory good considering i have over 400+ pictures and videos and about 800 songs. But as far as the little things like Radio and more storage...PEOPLE THEY HAVE AN APP STORE FOR A REASON! My only concern is will nokia sue HTC like ive heard. I hope not cause i am looking forward to getting the 8X on release :)

windows 8 and IOS does not require that much processor but android has all supports so it requires a good processor

Most people take a shitty wildfire and compare to iphone 4s/5 or highend wp8 device... And second android is far more capable os than wp8 and ios so its logical it takes more power than a device that cant even smell the fart of android.....am i right or am i right? Haha

nokia 920 has lte 4g and 8.7 mp camera with pureview.Nokia lumia 920 is better than this one.the only thing i hate is 180g weight.but its not a big drawback.

You don't need a quad core if you have the Krait.It is mroe powerful than most quad core processors for handheld devices.Besides,what do you need a quad core for?

Not being funny right, Android lags, true story. That's why it needs a quad core.
WP doesn't lag. No need for expensive quad core.
WP Rocks in so many ways now it has been updated (or soon to be WP8)

This phone looks great, similar look to the Nokia, 920, but much lighter than the 'very heavy' 920. Dual Core CPU is nice, much easier on the battery than the quad core, so thats a plus, Windows Phone OS is a much cleaner OS (Apple iOS aswell) than android & dual core is all you need to get the most out of the phone, thats why most new android phones have quad core, need a bit more under the hood to get android running smooth. 1gb ram is good, but only 16gb of space is a little low but usable, no MircoSD slot is a bit disappointing but not game breaking, my current phone has a 32gb microsd card in it & at most used about 25% of it in 2.5 years. Looking at getting a new phone this year & the 8x goes to the top of my list.

This is so annoying this phone looked amazing but 10mm is to fat I didn't think it would matter when I got the matrix but it annoys me how fat it is. Android I'm sticking with you for one more year by the looks of things phone wise. Tablet wise I own a nexus but want surface so much.

777, 22 Sep 2012I will never understand this! No radio, No Java, No xpandab... more2011 specs? You do know that it has an S4 krait processor right? That matches the pefromance of the A9 quadcore droids. This range of thickness is ok with me. It gets quite akward to hold a phone that is so thin.
