Guys,this fone is fine and all but do I need to upgrade my mt7-l09143 to mt7-l09150??my fone doesn't have any issues yet..and what it will do if I upgrade this to mt7-l09150..appreciate anything guys and thanks in advance!

AnonD-540872, 24 May 2016You can't upgrade from kitkat to MM, you will need to upgra... morewell, i did an upgrade from KitKat directly to Marshmellow and it's working fine. The only point was all data & configuration was lost but i already had a backup before the upgrade therefore it wasn't a real problem.

UsmanMuneer, 23 May 2016I tried to update my Mate 7 from Kitkat to MM but it freeze... moreYou can't upgrade from kitkat to MM, you will need to upgrade to lollipop 🍭 which goes as follows mt7-tl10 B326 and mt7-tl09, and then upgrade to marshmallow you will need mt7-tl10 b511 and mt7-tl09 b522. All your problems are be solved.

The only reason you can find yourself in a situation where by your phone freezes on the huawei starting logo is because you downloaded the version from a different region and upgrade your phone, or you upgraded mt7-tl10 using mt7-tl09 update or update your mt7-tl09 using mt7-tl10 update. That will cause a big problem believe me.
All you will need is a downgrade transition pack so that you can be able resurrect your bricked phone.

I tried to update my Mate 7 from Kitkat to MM but it freeze my phone at startup (Huawei Logo) then i visited local mobile repairing shop in KSA & they updated to MM ver 514 i want to know is it official version or not because on Huawei website it was mentioned MM ver 512.
& last thing which one is batter Ver 512 or Ver 514???
