During a call, i can hear the person on the other line but they can't hear me. If i use the loud speaker mode or connect a head phone they will be able to hear me then. I already tried to restart the phone and even tried to reset it but still don't work. I wonder because I never dropped it and the phone is just a year old. So please help me. Thank you and I look forward to the help you can give.

I do use HUAWEI MT7-TL10_9409. In my often alarm skips without ringing. I don't know why, it doesn't rings but some time response is ok and seems no problem. There is option of selection of additional alarms on different times, but it absolutely doesn't work.
Requested to help me in this regard.

jp, 03 Mar 2016Is huawei mate 7 is durable?I have been using Ascend Mate 7 for 1 year and 2 months. The phone is not durable at all. Just after the warranty period,the phone's motherboard crashed. to change it,I need to spent an aditional RM900. Previously, I have used Samsung and Apple phones, i have never came across problem such as this.To make things worse, the customer service outlet at Berjaya Times Square is least bothered.I feel riped off for getting this phone.NEVER again this phone.Pls watch out.

Worse phone i have ever bought. DO NOT BUY. You cannot make calls at times. Messages will not be received. Basic functionality fails when you need it.

Hi Experts ;) , i would like to get an advice , Ascend mate 7 hier in Germany costs 380 € , if you have between 300 - 450 € what would you buy , as you need a Smartphone with display more than 5.5 inch , which one is the best in the Markts....
