I've been using the phone for a year now. The performance was superb until recently I noticed that contacts and sms do delay before being made available and it's annoying because while in this state, you cannot make calls. Please look into it and correct the problem

dear friends, please advise can we install (samsung note 4 or note 5 email apk) in huawei mate 7? does it will work or not. i like so much samsung email client which you can change font size, color, bold / italic. etc.

i have mate 7 l09 i upgrade it from lollipop5.1 to m 6.0 but some applications not working fine also battery drain fast.
i want to downgrade to lollipop 5.1 again , any help?

Can someone please help me out, my mate 7 fingerprint is no more functioning after upgrading to android M.though I'm used to my new note 5 yet I want my mate 7 fingerprint back.please any solution will be much appreciated(ordinablessed99@gmail.com) Thanks in advance

I notice too manny people eager for update for mate 7 since the device is still working good and fast why dont wait for official automatic update to come from huawei this to make safe and hassle free of use in your mate 7 devicefor me better wait than make more problem specially if you dont have a pure knowledge in doing so updating your device keep cool huawei know when to make update

amry, 17 Feb 2016how i can upload new android ?? M.huawei.com-support-download-mt7 l09(std) or mt7 l10(prem). Unzip file-copy dload to sd card use local update(dont forget to backup everythings). Note: after update you must factory reset once to make up everthing and get you internal momery back cos after update you got like 3 gb momery only. Enjoy

amry, 17 Feb 2016how i can upload new android ?? M.huawei.com - support - download. mine is mt7-l09 version b329 andriod-5.1.1 emui-3.1 and there is other version for mt7-l10. Download file unzip it and copy dload to sd card then manual update.from sd card. Note after update you must factory reset if not internal momery will run low enjoy

Does this phone work with wind mobile? Lte 10 version the gold one? Cuz mine is u locked and can't get it to work other than wind away zone.. Can any one give me an idea what to do or should i just change phone carriers or sell this beast

just remove the memory card and then keep pressing the power switch, then it has to be ok.
