hi guys!
em using mate 7 since 2 months.. now i'm facing problem that no call or messages of whatsapp or voice call softwares shown on the notification panel until i open the software then i received the calls or messages. please help me how to reset from the setting to solve this problem....

I bought in July in Saudi. Very happy user. Good pics. Good screen size for browsing. Useful features are file swapping to USB, magnifier, torch, Nfc etc. Did not experience hearing. Good battery life. Better than iphone and Samsung

I love this phone. Mine recently fell in a pool of water due to a faulty cover so I dried it out and there was only a small screen issue. But then as I was waiting for a replacement cover, it fell on our tiles and the screen fully cracked. So I got an LG G4 instead but I'm already missing it. It was so awesome - the only draw back I could find were the software updates.

after many attempts, I let the phone battery completely discharge and 100% recharche again, after that re-flash the same ROM and factory reset, just for sure, and now is all OK. I dont know which of the above action helped, but now the phone works OK, except the signal drop...

I have this phone for 1 week. Before I had Samsung S4. When I get it, I was first upgraded to oficial Android 5.1.1. I must say that this phone ist great! So I dont regret my chanching from S$ to Ascend Mate 7.

3 weeks back i bought New Phone Huawei Mate 7. last 2 days i am facing major issue with in 6 to 7 Hrs Battery is going to low and its going to shutdown and I am not using Many Apps and not ON always Data Connection Please Suggest me what i want to do.

Hi, I bought this phone some two weeks ago. The fingerprint scanner worked during the first hour of operation and that not very convincingly. After that it wouldn't want to work any more. So I switched It off. I read everywhere how good the scanner is!
Could mine be broken so soon?
What could I have done wrong?
Thankful for every piece of advice.

Hi all.
I have update mt7 gold to 5.1.1, downloaded from huawei site (C900B324). All works great but battery shows 100% all the time. Factory reset, reinstall the ROM, nothing helps. Signal still drops on LTE, this problem persist. Do not recommend update from B125 .

open it and download it to youre sd card and open it with huawei update app.
after this is installed you can do the update to B331.
just how i have it..

You have to update to bouild B331 then you don't have this problem.
because youre still in a beta version of Lollipop 5.1.1.
After the update youre Phone works normal and you can do hard reset.

I have Mate 7 b120 4.2. I am sure they will not update to 5.
Also my phone stopped working, it works inly on mic ON. I read that it is a manufacturing fault.
The Huawei lab declined my request to fix it.
I am through with Huawei. It is really a bad company.

I used a lot of different smartphones in past and my objective opinion is following, this phone is almost perfect, (battery, no heat problems even with running few apps in same moment or play games, very good quality of product, very good care of user, performance is so high) there is only one thing why this phone is almost perfect, not perfect... -->android ( I think this system will never be perfect ) but I still think that this phone is better than Iphone 6s.

Dear friends! I bought this phone yesterday .HERE is my opinion :
Good :
1. 1.5 day battery backup with 3g,WiFi,browsing,music,video,Apps download,youtube randomly .
2.No heat problem.
3.Camera quality very good.
4.speed and touch very good.
5. Touch I'd and sensitivity good.
6. Interface very good after lollipop update manually .
Bad :
1. Size(6") is big from other smartphone.
NOTE: No other problem.(Guaranty)
This is my 1st use Huawei phone. my filling is - its a great Gadget.
