Hi all..i'm using mate 7 and recently i face one problem..my friend can't hear my voice when calling..they can only hear my voice if turn into speaker mode..is it my phone sumthg wrong?it happened when the phone is running 4.4.2..it's still the same even i updated my mate 7 to 5.1.1?any solution?

Anonymous, 12 Jan 2016Where do check if I have B331 or not? Where and how do I get it?If you have b324 then you can download it, check carbon tesla for it, so if your model is international l09 you can update it, but it is not full firmware so must be on b324

Good day people, I'm enjoying my mate 7, its features are superb. But my problem is_ehile i was busy re arranging the tiles n widget layout I accidentally deleted the top tile that displays time, date n weather on top of my home screen standard tyle... How can I get it back. Please help.

Cannot activate the loudspeaker when i make a call.. or when i activate loudspeaker while in call,i lost the sound or caller lost my voice. How to solve this problem?

It should work, otherwise you need the SMS backup & restore apps to backup then do the above to restore. I always do this for my sms backup & restore bet. my two cellphones.

I buy this phone yesterday.
I import my contacts from sd cards. all contact saved on Mate 7 phone. but not displayed.
I seen on web that this is common problem on Mate 7 gold edition.
can anyone help me how to solve this issue.

I m using this phone last 13 months this is superb device in all expects, ppi 367 should be 415+. Over all this one is superb device

em using mate 7 since 2 months.. now i'm facing problem that no call or messages of whatsapp or voice call softwares shown on the notification panel until i open the software then i received the calls or messages. please help me how to reset from the setting to solve this problem....

I bought in July in Saudi. Very happy user. Good pics. Good screen size for browsing. Useful features are file swapping to USB, magnifier, torch, Nfc etc. Did not experience hearing. Good battery life. Better than iphone and Samsung

I love this phone. Mine recently fell in a pool of water due to a faulty cover so I dried it out and there was only a small screen issue. But then as I was waiting for a replacement cover, it fell on our tiles and the screen fully cracked. So I got an LG G4 instead but I'm already missing it. It was so awesome - the only draw back I could find were the software updates.
