I would like to buy this for my wife, but the model I can get, named Huawei Ascend Y511-U10 doesnt seem to be dual sim ?
Any opinions ?

just buy this phone. and after choosing the language . the next thing is to select wi-fi which im doing. using the correct password and it doesn't work . it says.
::: DATA CONNECTION CHANGE ::: wi-fi is unavailable, try to connect to mobile network ? .... and... authentication problem...
:S don't know what to do . just buy it . just open it . and ... can't use it .

Is the battery of y511 hard to remove?when i open the wifi,it is not scanning.i am supposed to connect it with samsung s2,but my y511 is not scanning at all.i cant even remove the battery.

Camera does suck honestly, but I can make do because everything else is so good. But my problem is that there is no LED notification. Anyone knows how to set up or any app available to enable the 'back,home and settings' backlight to act as notification, WITHOUT rooting?

This mobile makes a lot of sense. It sthe best in its class. I have been using it for a week now, NO ISSUES AT ALL except camera.

In which colour Huawei Y511 look nice and graceful white or Black. I like white but in black colour there is silver boarder around the phone and back side has grey metallic texture so i am confused.

camera is the worst....dual core is slow...design is good....too heavy....battery life 1 day highest....overall not good...only good side is its lower price...

I have bought this phone from carrefour shj in offer 375 dhs.I am using this mobile from the last 20 days.this is very good phone.dual cam'dual sim.camera quality is good in the day light but dont expact in the dark.secondary camera is ok for video calls.touch is good wifi speed is good.evry thing works fine.i realy like this phone.
