                    Had switched from mate 10 to mate 20X for more than a month. Huawei again disappoint again n again. I used from before mate 8 to mate 9 then mate 10 now mate 20, each time hopeful on its specs but disappoint after using. This time mate 20 is very bad in terms of wifi detection n switch within my house. I resorted to having 3 different wifi points in my house but the experience is mate 20 is much worse off than mate 10. Many a time it is giving me no network despite just being less than 3 meters away from different wifi points in my small house. Sight! Consumers keep upgrading to more expensive phones n telco plans like 1GB fibre network, but the experience keep being short changed by phone makers n telco. Consumers always lose!

                                    I have a question: I use Rom ToolBox application to disable and enable the installed applications so that they won't keep running at background upon reboot and slow down the phone. This application requires root. Can I use similar application, if not the same, in Mate 20 X? If possible then I might consider to get this phone.

                                      As of today, running 9.0.0.146, camera is still buggy.
                                      Switching between the 3 choices of lenses sometimes causes crash, with "cannot connect to camera" message. Reboot resolves this. Sometimes videos are recorded as pure green screen. Reboot resolves this.
