I have problem during the vedio call the vedio quality is very poor. Vedio looks like scratches. I have the last updates B181. Please any body know about the problem,

hey guys, I wanna use "App twin" for Telegram, but in my mate9 it says: "this feature is not supported on third party home screens right now" and i see just Fb ans whatsapp, Telegram is not there.
any one can help me out of this matter? how can i use app twin for telegram?

Which phone is the best, Huawei Mate 9 or Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe?
I do some comparison between these two phones and their have great specs. But I'm concern about the battery life, the performance, and also the camera. I play intense game like injustice and asphalt, and capture photos especially in low light condition.
