Something is not right about the left speaker. It's not as loud as the one on the right..

I bought this phone 2 days ago. I slept for an hour in our porch and when I woke up, my phone is gone. Can you please help me and tell me where did my phone go? Does it normally happen to any other user? Does it support Invisibility feature ? I'm from Philippines

Hello,
After buying the Huawei MAte 9 I noticed that when I'm in the phone with other person and I playa video from instagram, the other person can hear the video with me!
So basically I can't open any video or play anything without the knowledge of the person on the phone...
I was able to do that previously in Iphone5 and Galaxy S5, but now I can't do that in Huawei Mate 9...
Any help please?
