AnonD-599846, 22 Dec 2016I think in landscape mode while playing vdos etc both left ... moreI've bought my mate 9 2 weeks ago...I didn't realised any problem with the speakers until the I forgot to bring my headphone with me...so I listen to my voice message. Something is not right about the left speaker. It's not as loud as the one on the right..

I bought this phone 2 days ago. I slept for an hour in our porch and when I woke up, my phone is gone. Can you please help me and tell me where did my phone go? Does it normally happen to any other user? Does it support Invisibility feature ? I'm from Philippines

Hello,
After buying the Huawei MAte 9 I noticed that when I'm in the phone with other person and I playa video from instagram, the other person can hear the video with me!
So basically I can't open any video or play anything without the knowledge of the person on the phone...
I was able to do that previously in Iphone5 and Galaxy S5, but now I can't do that in Huawei Mate 9...
Any help please?

Hello All,
I have Huawei Mate 9 for about a week now..
battery life is geat
big screen is great,
everything is great, except I would get cellular data connection disrupted. On my phone, it would show the phone have strong 4G signal from T-Mobile, and from time to time I would lose the data connection, like there is no internet to the phone at all (I can still make phone calls, but i would get NO internet connections and no MMS). I would have to switch on and off the flight mode to get data connection back.
I have tried to reset the APN, got the latest sim card from Tmobile.. I still couldn't get data connection issue resolved. Anyone have the same issue as mine? Please help!

Hello dear all,
I bought my Mate 9 a week ago.
Its build no is B110, but Huawei released a major update a month ago that its build no is B126.
I tried several times to get OTA update but it didn't.
Could you please help me how get that updated?
