Any update for s8-301l ?? lots of lag so need to restart after watching videos on youtube then start playing games, itried cleaning using tablet maneger but same result so restarting this tab before playing games is best solution ii've tried..do upgrading to kitkat 4.4.4 change the result?? need your feedback guys..thank you!

After upgrading my mediapad m1 s8-301l to kitkat i cant play games anymore,that is it kips crashing .. What am i supposed to do ?? Anyone ??

My question is that, does this tablet has variants? I bought this tablet from lazada and was disappointed to know that mine doesnt have a simcard slot. Plus it lags all the time.

Wonderful tab. Though resolution not too high, this is a tab to go for. Bought minee from china and received it two weeks back. I have been using samsung tab 4 7.0 but am happy with huawei especially the so enduring battery, loud speakers, 5mp camera and the cute design. Thnax huawei keep the good job

I just bought the device 2 days ago .. but after making new photo albums and locked the tab ..and the next time i checked the gallery "a photo album" was missing ! Is that common ?
How can i get it back??
Note:i checked and it'snot hiden .

Personally, I wouldn't bother with KitKat for this device if you want to keep full functionality. I bought a phone with KitKat on it at the same time as I purchased the tablet, and despite some teething troubles with the real SD card and my greater experience with phones, I far prefer the tablet because it allows me to access the real SD card the way it's supposed to without formatting it to exotic types. If I were you, I would either update no higher than Jelly Bean 4.3, or shoot all the way to Lollipop.

hossam, 24 Mar 2015is this upgrade is valid for Huawei MediaPad M1 8.0 S8-301U For S8-301U there is a kitkat firmware update for that. I remember coming across it when i was searching for my S8-301L kitkat update. Google for it
