      HI All/CD,

This is my review on Nexus 6p after using 10 days.

      Pros:

Nexus 6p is fantastic in performance and well equipped hardware specification.
Display is awesome, QHD, fully metallic body light weight body as compared to iphone 6s plus and well anodized aluminum finishing on backside.
Long lasting battery even we use for one hour on call, one hour on WIFI, one hour on Video play back, more than 3 hours audio and several applications usage.
No words to say about camera especially capturing in photos. But while shooting videos I have experienced lack of OIS. Till now before nexus 6p launch, iphone 6s camera is good with 12MP with 1.12 µm pixels. But, when google was unveiling 5X and 6P they have emphasized on photos in low light capturing capability with sony lenses 1.55 µm pixels. Now we can understand the image quality which is best. Goes to 6P.
3GB of DDR4 RAM is excellent and sufficient memory.
Fingerprint unlock called as Imprint is very impressive and well placed on rear side below camera contrary to 6s plus home button. We can configure upto 5 imprints.
      No bending issues.
      Always new android os updates.
      4k recording is good.
Battery charging can be rapidly with type-c cable in 80 mins but when connected through type c to standard usb it took 180 mins (showed message on lock screen “slowly charging”).
      Call audio quality is good.
      Stereo speakers are good.

      Cons:

Ambient light sensor is slower. It takes some time to react as per the present light conditions (2 – 3 seconds delay).
Music player was stopped functioning suddenly and abnormally. Once we re-launch the music player then it works well.
Music player audio quality is noisy when we configured new phone setup. We should set the equalizer mode otherwise sound will be noisy. They supposed to set it default.

This is best mobile in Android till now.

      Thanks.

Going with the plain specs, you could think the Note5 gets the edge with the 16MP vs 12MP for the 6P. But as a mere mortal, I can't point out significant differences. In same conditions, both pictures will look amazing. Auto balance, color and other stuff will fix what you don't like. For those who want professionnal results, get a reflex + killer lense. I love the results with what those two phones can do. Too bad I can't post samples between the two.

The 6P, IMO, will do surprisingly good in lower light conditions. I would say better that Note5. As for the front camera, and could not care less between 8MP (6P) or 5MP (Note5) as I leave psychotic selfies issues to psychiatrists.

Woolc, 18 Nov 2015Can anyone tell me about the audio quality of the headphone... moreWell, I would say the phone is half the equation. Your headphones will be the other 50%. Crappy headphones won't help no matter how good your phone output is.

Still, by using either standard earbuds from Apple or the Samsung S6/S6Edge+/Note5 bundled ones, I can't complain. But I do have a preference for the Apple ones. Mostly used for Songza or GooglePlay Music. Plain output.

Again, my two cents. As your personnal listening experience could be totally different with the same hardware. I do think iPhone 5c/5s/6 sound better. So is Note5.

As for the calls with handset, cristal clear. Integrated speakers do the job, but I don't really care about those as I rarely tailgate in the train. I'll go with bluetooth JBL or Monster if I want more. Saying that, still haven't tried BT yet.

AnonD-434647, 16 Nov 2015You do not know what you're talking about. It does NOT shat... moreI agree. Sure, the Note5 has a fabulous display and a stylus, but the more I use the 6P, the more it grows on me. No issues at all. Hardware or software. More than decent battery life. Will get you through the day with browsing, music and mail push. And I mean from 5:30 to late evening. And there is fast charging if you're in trouble.

Brilliant fingerprint sensor location with flawless recognition that doubles as a wake up function. Camera is good too even in low light conditions. No dropped calls. No intrusive noise reduction to muffle voice. Network coverage where the Note5 would struggle on the same spots. Anyways, that's my two cents from using since launch. With Note5 usage right before.

Cost the same price as buying directly from google. So far, the phone is fantastic. I was coming from a iPhone 6+ and I can honestly say everything about this phone beats the iphone except for app access. I miss my final fantasy 7. Besides that, iPhone killer for sure.
