I've been using this phone for 3 months already and the downsides I encountered is the camera and the speaker. It takes sometime to capture photos. The camera of my previous 3i is way better than the camera of 8i. The speaker is not that loud when you are calling via messenger.

Waste of money,started freezing just two weeks after i bought it,took it back only for them to say there is nothing we can now,5month now n it switches itself off whenever it want,poorest camera ive ever got on a phone.

Sometimes feels a bit sluggish to load aps
Other than an in bright light the camera will take blury poor quality photos - even indoors with good lighting.
There are work arounds for the lack of google services - but they can be annoying due to adds (you can pay extra to remove ads)
Apart from those issues - its a decent phone.

It is publicly known, all over the world, for quite some time that Huawei dont have Google service. So all making comments about it, your own fault that u dont read. It is what it is, noone has lied about it in the specifications. It is not flagship. Read before you buy, and dont bother other people with your own st.upidity

I was so excited when I bought this phone, followed by many regrets afterwards. What a waste of money and time I just did to myself. Overrated for nothing. In fact that phone should not had been manufactured at the first place. I just sold it to a colleague 8 months after buying it with so many nightmares with it. I downgraded to Oppo A53s and it it far way better than this so called Nova 8i.

But the overall experience is really disappointing. I had it and I changed it within a month, went to the Y70 plus. It's a major upgrade at a cheaper price

It's processing speed is slow, has a very bad camera which takes forever to get focus, don't waste your money

Don't let anyone tell you that the nova 8i is a bad phone. To me it's the best phone camera quality I good it works fast

The Nova 8i is the most useless phone I have ever bought with my money. It has this tendency of making you pull your hair off with its sickly yellowish colour balance for the front camera under ANY light condition. A big shame and a rip off. I am off huawei phones for good.

Not corresponding its wasting mytime for this stuff iwant to change it.pls make explain sometimes on how we can use.

The phone looks nice, but thats about it. Nobody tlold me it is working with a diffarent operating system.. That is shit by the way.. I only have problems with this phone, day in and day out. Only a month old and I hate it. Why would the try and take google away and put this crap on??? People please dont buy this phone. If you need more reasons why not, I have a long list. Inbox me I will share all of them with you... :(

This phone is so unbelievably bad in terms of performance, build quality, apps and functionality it's laughable. Don't watse your money and buy a Samsung. This phone is shit
