All of your files will be erased.
I'm good with the new version. It's work really good. If you have any problems I suggest you to try reset factory. I have a Windows phone before and trust me, hard reset( reset factory) is the right answer when you upgrade to new version and have problems. It clears previous version cache and refresh your phone.

Anonymous, 09 Apr 2019New update is very buggy. You might want to wait.I've just received the update and installed that. After installation I did factory reset. I don't have any problem with my phone and Android Pie. I suggest you to try factory reset. The phone is more faster and reliable after that. The stabilizer is working fine as well and it is self-activated on 1080P recording . You're right about aperture mode, it needs an update. But I like the new interface.

Newest update (Pie + EMUI9) sucks for the camera. The bokeh effect is worse, and you need to enable a portrait mode to use it, and then you only get 12mp resolution instead of 20mp. Video stabilization is now terrible instead of great. Also when writing this message it keeps inserting previously written words, that I then manually have to delete. That's what I've encountered after a few hours of use.

This phone was good, until latest update... Buttons are in different place, isnt that nice how it was before, when u try to change volume it is always loud, u cant do it quietly, please give back old update, or let us choose... ;/

I got it a months ago and its working very well.

Hello guys, I'm from Romania and I just received EMUI 9.0.1 (Android 9 -Pie), like all users of P10. I read the comms from the last 2-3 days and nobody said about some bugs. Well after this update, the Camera UI from Huawei has changed from the old interface to the newest version, which is available on most 2018-2019 models. After the update, one of the most important feature from VIDEO menu which is Stabilization, has dissapeared and this is so wrong. As all of you know, the Huawei P10 has optical stabilization in camera (OIS) for photo and video. I can't shoot video anymore, because I think it's a bug in my software. Has anyone have the same problem? ( for details, enter in camera app from Huawei, go to Video and top right click on settings, you will see that you don't have anymore the stabilisation ON/OFF like in the past). And yes, P10 has stabilisation for video in FHD 1080p format at 30fps, not for 4k or FHD at 60fps. Can someone confirm that I am not the only one with this problem? A basic video for instagram like stories can't be filmed handheld because of that. It's so shaky...:(
The second problem is that after the update, the stories from Instagram with video content have a massive lag and frames are dropping all the time
